Beautiful location! The cabin was exactly as described and well stocked with everything you need. It was also very clean with a delightful woodsy charm. I loved the private location. I would highly recommend this property.

Cabin was the perfect forest get away. It was so quiet, I didn't hear anyone and the leaves were just beginning to show their fall colors. Was so glad we could take our dog with us. She loved walking in the woods. Very clean, we had everything we needed. The only problem for us was the steep steps going up to the bedrooms. Perhaps they could be better addressed in the description.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in this nice and cozy cabin. It’s very clean and well organized. The kitchen has all the cooking wares that needed for a simple meal. And there are plenty of beds upstairs. The host did a good job sending check-in/check-out instructions one day ahead, so we’re clear what to do. Highly recommended!

The stay overall was ok. The property was clean and supplied well. For 2 days I was killing flies in house that were so annoying. I thought it would be more secluded, but there is neighbors. One had dogs barking all night, one was blasting music and kids screaming, and the other cut grass all day. For the charging people 50 cents for a piece of wood seems very tacky. I would rather you just add 20 bucks to the listing and say there's firewood on the property to use.

We loved our fall weekend at this great property. Everything was perfect from booking to communication to location, cleanliness and amenities. This property was tucked away nicely in the forest and gave us a chance to relax and recharge. We actually had plans to take a trip "out" one day and instead, chose to just visit a local butcher and stay/dine at the property instead. Awesome weekend with no regrets at all! :)

We had a short but wonderful stay at Happy Pinecone! The cabin was clean, cozy, and welcoming. The location was peaceful and perfect for relaxing while still being close to two state parks, lots of outdoor activities, and a few restaurants/bars. We especially enjoyed the firepit and spending time on the deck watching birds and taking in the beautiful surroundings.We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great cabin getaway!

Lovely property, accurately described. Had a little problem with microwave, but quickly resolved following prompt response from owner, Jenn.Our only complaint is that, due to angles in roof line, and bed placement, the bed in the master could only be entered/exited from one side.
