Our cabin is privately nestled among the hemlocks with a spacious yard and amazing outdoor fire pit. The cabin is two stories with a well stocked eat in kitchen, living room, private bedroom, and full bath on the first floor. The second floor has a queen bed and two full size beds as well as a couch and seating area with flat screen TV and DVD player to get away. Cabin sleeps a maximum of 6.

Adorable cabin!

We had 7 women who went on Gingerbread tour. It was a great location. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed!

Great place

As advertised, very clean . Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to texts. Location is great for visiting Cook forest, although there is some road noise, because it’s not far off the road. We definitely would stay there again.

Cozy Cabin Nestled in the Woods

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this cozy cabin! We grilled on the fire pit every night! This will be a vacation to remember! The hosts were very communicative and helpful! If you are looking for a secluded, peaceful and device free getaway this cabin is the one for you!

Yes. The cabin was warm, and there was excellent overhead lighting to read and play games by -- not always part of the cabin experience. Also, the kitchen came with a lot of items for cooking. This cabin is located near many places to see/hike. We brought our own drinking water, which wasn't a problem.

Great Groundhog Day Getaway!

My family stayed at this sweet little cabin to rest up before and after seeing Phil make his big weather prediction in Punxsutawney and it was *perfect*! The cabin sits right on the main road that takes you right into Punxsy, so it was a really easy 45 minute drive. There are some great local restaurants nearby and Brookville is just 15 minutes down the road for convenient shopping needs. We loved the amenities at this cabin and had no issue unplugging for a few days without wi-fi. The host has a nice selection of DVDs, puzzles, and games so we didn't run out of entertainment. The property is gorgeous and we loved our stay. We'll absolutely be back!

Many cobwebs, found dirty silverware and the worst was the water, it really had a bad smell. The grill didn't work and was dirty.

Short Memorial Day weekend

Went up from Pittsburgh for Memorial Day weekend with my fiance, my little brother, his wife and their dog. The owner was very responsive, always messageed back right away when we had a question and was very accommodating to our needs. The cabin was extremely clean and cozy with a decent sized fire pit around back. We had zero issues the whole time we were there and would definitely go back again. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is for location, and not because it wasn't a convenient spot, because it is, but because it's quite close to the road so I can get a little loud. That being said, it's sandwiched right between Cook Forest and Clear Creek, so it was very easy to get around. Overall fantastic stay.

Nice cabin , but I got sick.

Really nice cabin and clean. Nice wooded area in back. It’s convenient to a lot of things to do. I went for a much needed getaway on my own with the dogs but got Covid . So didn’t get to experience any fun stuff . Miserable the whole time. The rental lady was very helpful and accommodating! Maybe another time.

A great time and perfect place to stay.

The cabin is perfect! Just an amazing setting inside and out. The hosts were very nice, helpful, kind, and treated us like family. They went above and beyond before we even stayed at their cabin. Here is a short story about why I stated the went above and beyond. A few day before our stay They notified us that the Keurig coffee maker broke. We replied no big deal. Yet the hosts told us that they would replace it before or right after we arrived. We thought wow, that is very thoughtful of them to place such importance on a coffee marker which wasn't a big deal to us. Then when we arrived I understood why the host placed such importance on that coffee maker. The cabin's set up was awesome. The inside decor made you feel like you were are home......nice and cozy! The property was great! Even though you are near the road it was nice and quiet. From the swing on the front porch to the fire pit set up a short distance from the cabin. The place was a slice of heaven. You got to stay here!!!! I want to thank the hosts for their generosity and hospitality from my family to theirs. Thank you so very much!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin nestled right near Cook Forest. There was a new grill outside on the front porch with propane. We didn’t end up using it but definitely will plan to next time! We enjoyed the high top table and chairs on the front porch as well and didn’t mind the noise from the cars on the road. Driveway is hidden perfectly. Our favorite part was the pea gravel leading up to the fireplace right in the woods. We brought chairs but enjoyed sitting on the large rocks around the fireplace as well! Location was perfect and there were a lot of places right near by to go explore and enjoy. We had fantastic BBQ and enjoyed the river views all within 10-15 min of the cabin. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. I will be recommending this place and will be staying again. It did storm a couple times but inside the cabin you don’t hear as much it was nice. AC kept the cabin nice and cool as long as the front door is kept shut. 10/10

Great location to get away to canoe the Clarion River and hike Cook State Forest. There are a few hidden gem places to eat as well that are very close. The house had all the comforts of home, including an awesome mattress. The house was well stocked with all the things we needed. Nice wooded area with a fire pit. Lucia was very responsive to any questions we had. Great all around experience.

Loved are stay

Had a wonderful weekend! Beds are comfortable, fire pit area is fantastic, and grandsons enjoyed playing/exploring in the woods. Would stay again.

Very private

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice quaint cabin with fire pit and outside area off of the side. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful weekend away

This cabin is perfect for a family getaway. We loved that it was pet friendly but you couldn't tell any animals had stayed there. The upstairs loft was perfect for the kids to play while the adults had quiet time down by the fire in the living room. The beds were really comfortable. The host was quick to respond when I had any questions. We will visit this place again and highly recommend it.
