Come stay in Paradise! One bedroom ground floor condo with 2 full beds in the bedroom, closet for your clothes, a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower - all tiled and has a grab bar. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Outside the door is the heated pool. Just cross over the dunes/boardwalk and you are on the beach!

Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the street and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!

Ground floor condo - with no stairs to climb! A simple, beachy cottage feel. The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool (in winter) with plenty of seating for guests around the pool. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Distance from Beach:
Beach is located just across a few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This is unit 103.

was very pleased with the location just across the street from the beach. The room was cleanly. The furniture was dated, but I did not come there to hang out in the room. the kitchen was very well stocked and if you keep making more ice, there was plenty of ice so I didn’t have to buy more from a store. Very close to nice restaurants in Corey Ave., Sunday market was an extra special treat. An Italian bakery across from Cory Avenue on Gulf Boulevard had delicious food and great coffee. The pool was nice but I preferred going to the beach. Would recommend for the future

Nice spot to get away

We stay in St Pete Beach twice per year usually in this area. This unit was clean. A lot of units have a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella but this one did not. The unit was clean but could use some updating. The mattress was sagging quite a bit.

Cozy, but somewhat dated.

The unit was in a great location. Decor and mattresses were dated but usable. There is very limited parking during busy beach times because it right next to a public access. The pool is secluded private and beautiful. We had an excellent stay and I would still recommend this to others. Just don't expect the Ritz Carlton! The manager made it easy to book and we had no issues while wwte there.

Not recommended

Although my husband and I loved the location and the outside premises with pool, this particular unit was horrible! The furniture was actually filthy ( I had to cover it with towels), the stovetop burners only worked on high, the beds were old and uncomfortable, and furnishings were shabby. The floor was dirty, and I had to wipe down every surface in order to set things in the drawers and closet. The bed linens were good, bath towels were fine. I’m glad I brought my own beach towels because the ones provided were threadbare. The location is great, very close to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. I know other units in the same building are very nice (and clean) and updated. I definitely do NOT recommend.

Second stay.... glad we came back

The condo was clean and neat. Its just a short walk to the beach altho the pool onsite is a great bonus. Enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back in the future.
