The Space:

A chic seaside hidden gem, Gulf Strand 207 offers a light and spacious open floor plan overflowing with contemporary sophistication and just steps from the breathtaking shores of St. Pete Beach. Gulf Strand Resort is an intimate beachfront complex with a heated pool, hot tub, and gas grills. Adventure seekers can explore the blue waters by renting jet skis, parasails, or boats just minutes away. Centrally located, the Gulf Strand Resort is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Downtown St. Pete is a short drive sprinkled with a classic mix of restaurants, beach bars, and shopping, along with the famous Salvador Dali Museum, award-winning Fort De Soto Park, and the St. Petersburg Pier. For the sports fan, the always competitive and entertaining Tampa Bay Rays are a hop, skip, and a jump away.

The communcation was great and the unit was delivered as described. Very easy access to parking, beach, shopping, and more. Would certainly stay again.

The condo was well kept very clean and had everything you would need for your stay .The only issue we had was our code quit working after one day . We never got a response from the number we were told to message so had to wait for someone to respond from the email . They then gave us a way to get a key on the outside lockbox for the rest of the stay . No one ever gave us another code and just having one key wasn’t very convenient for two people .

Very comfortable condo in a good location

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. The welcome basket was a treat and having a king size bed was nice. Heated pool and easy access to the beach.

Great couple/small family condo

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Beach was great and the area was perfectly placed in walking distance of many different restaurants and the Publix grocery store. Would definitely recommend for any family of 2-4.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay. the place was the perfect size for us, and it was nice to have a second full bath! We loved being so close to the beach, having pool access (with towels provided) and being so close to downtown St. Pete. The place was clean and the furnishings were comfortable.

So Perfect! Great Location!

Everything we needed to enjoy the beaches at St. Pete were available to us. This location is perfect, great restaurants, great breakfast, coffee shop and groceries. So relaxing! Very welcoming for a home away from home.

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location!

The Condo was set-up to be a home away from home. Sugary sand beach! The location is excellent for walking distance to lots of great restaurants and grocery.

Perfect for a couple or small family

We had a great time. The condo is in a great location, has beach access and had every amenity we needed for our trip. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying breakfast, coffee and mimosas every morning, spending the day on the beach, then walking to nearby restaurants for dinner was the perfect vacation.
