We enjoyed our stay at this updated 3br unit. The gas stove and spacious kitchen were very convenient, and we enjoyed watching the wildlife that wandered near the creek at the back of the property.

Great location, nice to have space surrounding the house, walkable to parks and trails. Hosts were very responsive. We had a comfortable space for our two kids. Great for a long term stay if you have family or business nearby.

Great house close to everything. If traveling with a pet, know there is a chicken coop with freeroaming chickens. We took our dog out on a leash as we were unsure how he’d react to chickens.

The place was clean and new. We enjoyed the large yard with our dog. However, there is room for improvement with the amenities as there were no hand towels and the bath tub had no safety rail or skid proof products which concerned my elderly father. Extra bath towels would have been appreciated. Proper window treatments were missing in the living room which created a lack of privacy. Also, the bed in the room with the sliding glass doors was not comfortable at all. This place is in a quiet location and has great potential. The host was easy to work with. We did enjoy our stay.

It was a very nice house very peaceful and a lot of land we even saw deers when we woke up the place was beautiful the owner was always very communicative and nice !

This place is an oasis in the midst of suburbia -- peaceful & quiet, yet close and easily accessible to Oregon Hwy 8. I found sycamore and several species of oak and maple leaves on the property. In the morning, there were as many a 5 deer happily munching in the yard. The host answered my questions quickly, cheerfully, and completely. This is my 1st choice for lodging in Hillsborough.

Could be a great place. Housekeeping policy is very suspect. They encourage guests to clean because they dont charge a fee. But they are also don't clean after the guests leave from what I could see. They must have had a birthday party there before we came we found little gold circles everywhere underneath the furniture a lot of dirty Corners a lot of dirty places. Unfinished painting work. There were no clothes hangers to hang your clothes. No washcloths. No dustpan.

Overall, this was a decent stay for the price. The kitchen was nicely renovated, and the bathrooms had great water pressure, which we appreciated. The home did have a bit of a funky smell, and the master bed was unfortunately quite uncomfortable—the mattress could definitely use replacing. With a few updates, this could be a great place to stay.

We had a great time for a 2 day stay that we had at this property and the kids enjoyed the space both indoors and outdoors. The house is renovated and is spacious. It is clean and offers good balance on comfort and privacy. Tony is great and communication is proactive and prompt which makes it easier to manage the stay. He was also flexible with requests during our stay which was highly appreciated.

every floor surface had dirt and hair, dead flies on beds, hair on the pillow cases, curtains in the main bedroom do not cover the windows, food crumbs on the couch c, temp was 80 degrees, we set the air con for 73, the read out said that it would take 12 hours to drop to 73 degrees, outside and inside of microwave was dirty, filthy baseboards, dishwasher not unloaded, refrigerator not cleaned and had left over food in it, refrigerator was set too high at 43, no kitchen dish towels or dish rags, only 1 pot holder, not many sauce/frying pans, no baking dishes, no can opener, garbage can had garbage in it, several mugs had cracks and hair in them, several drinking glasses, plates and utensils had food pieces on them, no hand towels only one wash cloth in each bath, bath towels were rough, wrinkled and half had brown stains on them, bath floors were covered in hair, bath tub had hair in it and was filthy , bath tub did not drain, water had not drained 2 days later, the counters, sinks and faucets were filthy with toothpaste, spills, mirrors had spots all over them, the toilets were horrible, several pieces of hair hanging from them and the toilet bowl had a brown ring in it, the shower off the kitchen had a bandaid and leftover bar soap in it, the bath trash cans had hair in them , the hot the hot water was barely hot and we had to turn it up, there were positives, nice redone home, but am out of characters

The host is really kind, professional, and helpful. We stayed for two nights and had a graduation dinner event at the house. The inside is very spacious, especially the kitchen area. There is great lighting in the house. Some windows don’t have black out curtains, but that wasn’t needed for us. The bathrooms were clean and great for a party of 6. It is the right side to a duplex. The people who live on the left side were really nice. They were outside doing some yard work while we were there, but that didn’t bother us. The electric fireplace in the house was also a nice touch. I also want to point out that the host checked in on us via message to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. That’s excellent customer service! There is a grocery store, a gas station, restaurants, and a bowling alleyless than 5 minutes away. I definitely recommend staying here :)
