HOUSE RULES:

-Minimum booking age: Primary guest must be 25+ and may be asked to show ID.

-No smoking: Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside or outside. $500 fine will be charged to the deposit if violated.

-No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.

-No glass outdoors (pool/patio areas) for safety.

-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.

The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises, nor for the loss of personal belongings not claimed within 24 hours of checkout. In the event of a storm or hurricane, refunds will only be issued if local authorities mandate evacuations for the affected area. Refunds will be provided for any unused rental days if a mandatory evacuation order is in effect. This applies to current guests, those scheduled to arrive, and reservations made during the storm warning period.
