Our benchmark and standard is to provide a well-equipped, comfortable vacation home along with attentive and responsive customer service. Casa Piña is ideal for both small and large groups, offering a spacious and comfortable layout in a truly five-star location. Our guests especially enjoy the brand-new third-floor addition, featuring a beautiful lookout and entertainment area with a large-screen TV, fans, outdoor grill, lounge area, and restroom—a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the Costa Rica surroundings. Our guests love the 3rd floor outdoor sunset grill lounge area (and pool areas that all new tropical plants, palms and more). The home is also currently undergoing additional renovations and improvements in preparation for the upcoming high season, with a continued focus on enhancing guest comfort and the overall experience. Throughout the booking process and during your stay, our team remained available and responsive through both WhatsApp and the VRBO platform. We proactively reached out prior to your arrival and responded to all inquiries in a timely manner. When you experienced difficulty accessing the property, we immediately offered in-person assistance; however, we understood that you were able to enter the home successfully and did not receive any further concerns regarding the door locks during your stay. Regarding amenities, our listing accurately reflects the features and amenities provided at the property. We understand that travelers may compare accommodations during a trip, but each home offers a unique set of amenities, all of which are clearly disclosed in the listing before booking. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and we regret that you felt the property did not meet your expectations. Had we been notified of any cleaning concerns during your stay, we would have gladly addressed them right away, as guest satisfaction is very important to us. We do personal cleaning inspections before check-in to confirm the house meets cleaning standards.
