Private Hot Tub on secluded patio (professionally maintained). We’ve added outdoor lighting to the patio area.

Located at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Cottonwood Heights 'The City between the Canyons' (suburb of Salt Lake City). We are 9 miles from Alta, Snowbird (Little Cottonwood Canyon) and 12 miles from Solitude, Brighton (Big Cottonwood Canyon) and 15 miles from downtown Salt Lake City. Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley resorts are only 25-31 miles away on I-80.
The Canyon Racquet condo community is very unique. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to many amenities, the condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another, and many are not visible to other units in the community. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash and recycling. 20 min to DOWNTOWN SLC. Large, attached two car garage. WALK to dinner/lunch at Porcupine pub, Eight Settlers Distillery, Saola and Alpha Coffee/cafe.

This town home is in one of the furthest buildings away from busy Wasatch Blvd (the main road to the canyons). It is very quiet and secluded.

The rec center offers several classes, from Spin, to Yoga and Zumba. Nominal fee. The outdoor pool is wonderful with two huge slides, three "rock" diving boards.

Hi! Thanks for looking at one of our condos! I am an Utah real estate broker and property manager. My husband, Matt is a builder/developer. We have an 11 year old daughter, Avery.
We manage this condo for the owner but care for it as we do our own! It is next door to our 4 bedroom 4 bath condo.
We own two units at the Canyon Racquet Club condominiums (VRBO #142268 4 bed 4 bath in the same building, a 4 bed 3 bath #3047385 and #324276 2 bed 3 bath). We take great pride in making sure our guests are happy! We love Utah and all it has to offer!
We are Utah natives. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. Because of my affiliation in the outdoor sports industry, local expertise and vacation rental management experience I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable, better maintained, fully equipped and of course, MORE FUN!!!
I personally go to each unit before and after each stay to make sure everything is just right! If you have questions or concerns, just look at the guest comments of this property or one of our others!

Location! This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including summer and winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights city).

The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski, snowshoe, hike, bike, and picnic in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick access to the freeway to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores, liquor store and restaurants are close by as well. Great local coffee shop (Alpha Coffee), Porcupine Pub, Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, 7-11 and Lift House Sports are all within walking distance.
