This 2-bedroom cabin in Indian River is perfect for your escape. The cozy living room with a sofa bed is a brilliant spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The bedrooms offer 1 queen and 2 full-size bunk beds for a delightful night's sleep. Featuring a fireplace for a cozy cooler evening with furnace heating and AC, you'll stay comfortable no matter the season. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. For boating enthusiasts, one 21-foot boat slip is available. Our dock located on the end dock space so there is room for a 24ft boat. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

The cabin was super clean. The view from the back deck is amazing. Super close to the boat launch. Definetly worth a stay.

Property was great with very calm view.The main bedroom was tight with the listed as a queen bed, seemed seemed small and not too comfortable for two.The second bedroom lower mattress was very sad.Rest of the house was very nice.Terry and Beth

I’m sorry you didn’t find the mattresses to your satisfaction. The mattresses are new and the main bedroom is a queen bed. I admit the room is tiny for a queen bed. The whole place is only 750 sq ft.

The view of the waterway and privacy of the cottage was the best benefit of booking this cabin! I'm a birder, so thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the birds and water foul this location brings with being on the marshlands of the waterway! The cottage was very updated and clean and had all we needed for cooking and enjoying our time. The central a/c was appreciated for this hot time of year! Bedrooms were a little cramped but location made it worthwhile. We would book again!

When we arrived we were met by a big dog. It was hard to identify which cabin was ours. The cabin itself was nice, but the AC quit working and we left a night early because it got so warm in the cabin. I did not realize when booking the cabin that it was shared access to the water. There was a large group in the cabin closest to the water and it felt intrusive to take our kayaks through their belongings to get to the water so we found a nearby boat launch.

I'm sorry about the big dog. I do not know of any dogs in the area. Our cabin is clearly marked. I apologize for the launching of your Kayaks. Our dock is under repair this summer. It should be better after the dock project is finished in a few days. We will have our own dock when the project is complete. Thank you for your patience with this project. I had the air conditioning checked out; it turns out the breaker was tripped.

I have been hosting for 11 years. I recently got married. I loved this new cabin so much that I just purchased it in August of 2025. I like the Indian River area, and I'm excited to be on the Intracoastal Waterway between the two very nice lakes. I grew up in Cheboygan.
