One bedroom, 800 sqft garage apartment that has been completely renovated. Renovation work was completed January, 2018. It has all new appliances, including washer/dryer. It has a new kitchen and new windows and window coverings all around.
It is on a hill overlooking Whole Foods, above North Lamar. Just walk a few blocks to a couple of five star restaurants (Jefferey's and Clark's) and many shops and clubs in the West 5th and 6th street neighborhood. Sweetish Hill Bakery is a 5 minute walk away, just down the hill.
The picture window in the living room looks out over the city skyline with an unobstructed view.
It is on a dead end street with no through traffic, with convenient on-street parking.
The main house of this apartment also rents out on Home Away. It has a property listing of 3520835. Both listings can be rented at the same time to accommodate up to 9 people.

Anfitrión: Mark Hopper
Mark is a retired Navy Officer (Civil Engineer Corps) who then followed a 2nd career in Engineering and Construction Management. He is a Naval Academy graduate with advanced degrees in Engineering from MIT. Jeannie is an active volunteer for feeding the homeless in a local church. She plays Mah Jong weekly. Mark and Jeannie both grew up in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area of southeast Texas. They are high school sweethearts who dated for 7 years and now have been married for almost 53 years.

Very little traffic or noise. There is an alleyway off the back of the property that will lead you down to Lamar Street and one additional block over to Whole Foods, or the beginning of shops and clubs along West 5th and 6th Streets
