The property was ideally located as it was only a 10 min drive to the venue. The interior was very spacious and comfortable. Overall, the property was well appointed and met the family needs for our time in Philadelphia.

Fantastic condo with close proximity to all the attractions in Philadelphia. Always able to park in the condo lot. Nice patio on roof from which one can see the Boat houses lit up at night. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Property was just as advertised. Had an issue with the electronic door lock, contacted the owner and the issue was resolved in less than an hour with a new lock. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and the place was spotless on arrival. Parking not an issue.

Parking was never an issue…But, there is only 4 spots available in the parking lot. Mostly street parking is available. But we never had an issue finding a spot close. Everything is was excellent! Loved the place will be booking again.

Property was exactly as pictured. As a bonus, linens were plentiful, which is a nice touch. Most importantly for Philadelphia, parking. Parking was great, and easy day or night.

Meng was great and quickly replied when contacted. Good location easy access to University City. Gave a 4 for accuracy because sThird bedroom is a pull out couch with a 2 inch mattress. Tough sleep for a 6’1” 180 19 year old. Secondly the matress for the king upstairs is way too soft. I prefer firm but this was impossibly soft. Otherwise enjoyed it. Well outfitted.

Fabulous stay

House was clean and had all necessities. Host was super responsive and helpful. Location was fabulous- close to the zoo and an online-only order food hall with tons of choices just steps away. Parking spot/pass available but also street parking was always open within a block during our stay. Absolutely recommend!

Clean, modern, spacious!

Beautiful modern condo with easy street parking. It was the perfect location for our plans in Fairmont Park. Highly recommend! Only thing missing was a hair dryer

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The space was very clean, and exactly as advertised. While there were a few small amenities missing (ie. no dishwasher tabs or salt), these were minor and did not impact our overall experience. Everything was in working order and the furniture was comfortable. The roof deck was lovely to sit on.

An amazing gem amongst Philadelphia. Was perfect for my family of 5. Easy to navigate and park around the complex. Only a few to the Philly Zoo, Musuem of Art and Frankin Institute. One warning, if you have bad knees, there are quite a few steps. We have favorited this spot for our next return trip to Philly! Thanks!

Pros:- Spacious, decent amount of street parking, modern & secure building.Cons:- Cleanliness: the place needed to be swept & mopped. When I asked the host where the broom was they suggested I rinse/clean the outdoor broom on the roof & use it for the indoor floors. - There is no dedicated parking spot. There is a parking pass used for the open lot in the back however there were only 6 spots & they were always taken so street parking had to be used throughout our stay. - Host helpfulness. Although they were responsive, they weren’t as helpful. A broom is needed for an 8 day stay. I like to clean up in order to feel comfortable. - Although the home is modern, I would not list it as luxury based on some of the Cons mentioned.

Great location near lots to do! Had enough amenities like toilet paper and laundry detergent to get started though no perishables like coffee or sugar so ensure you go shopping before you arrive. The area felt safe, and the check-in was smooth. Some sheets were dirty requiring washing before we used them, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, and there was hair in one of the showers. It wasn’t bad enough that we felt we needed to contact the owner though. It’s a typical unit that is used only for rentals, and its a good choice for location and price.

Sorry to hear about the sheets. You should have told us and we would have send the cleaner right back to clean it properly. In addition, there are plenty of spare sheets including new ones available in the laundry closet.

The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, too. The local was very convenient for getting a Lyft into the city. We didn't end up walking to public transit due to weather, but it was also nearby. We had to wait to get a parking spot in the first-come, first- served lot behind, but it was no problem at all to get street parking on the street in front. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Location was good. Close to a lot and ready for being picked up and dropped off. We were not impressed with the cleanliness. Many dirty towels and linens. Floors and base boards didn’t seem like they had been cleaned for a while.

Sorry about this. There are plenty of other linen in the laundry closet. Additionally, you could have let us know that you’re not happy with the cleaning and we would have send the cleaner back to clean the place.

Beautiful property! We had a great stay, and the rooftop deck was fabulous for watching fireworks. The place is new and very classy, well decorated, with three private bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Both on- and off-street parking is available and it was convenient although the street in front is a bit of a speedway for a one-way residential street. Only issue was that the price listed on VRBO was NOT accurate. The host messaged and informed me after I booked, but that is annoying after you spend time searching and comparing and making decisions. Hopefully she has updated it.
