The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and has everything you need for your stay: 4 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room with access to a private deck and a patio, a game room in the downstairs area, high speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs (living room, master bedroom and the downstairs area), a washer and dryer, minutes away from grocery stores, shopping, dining, and much more.

My house is a rancher that has the main floor and the downstairs area (fully finished basement with a ping-pong table and a 4th bedroom).

The house has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms are on the main floor and the 4th bedroom is in the downstairs area/basement). The house has 7 beds that sleep 11 guests.

Sleeping arrangements on the main floor: 3 bedrooms - sleep 7 guests.
- Master bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom also has a safe, so guests can keep a laptop and other valuables.
- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a twin-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 1 adult or 2 small kids). The sleeper sofa has a CertiPUR certified memory foam mattress (72L x 37W x 3H)
- Bedroom 3 has two single beds (sleeps 2).

Sleeping arrangements downstairs (basement): sleeps 4 guests.
- 4th bedroom has a full-size bed (sleeps 2)
- A full-size futon (sleeps 2) is downstairs in the common area that has a ping-pong table.

There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house.
- 1 Full bathroom is on the main floor (has a bathtub with a shower, a vanity with a sink, a mirror, and a toilet)
- 1 Full bathroom is in the downstairs area (has a shower, a vanity with a sink, a mirror, and a toilet)
- Half-bathroom has a vanity with a sink, a mirror, and a toilet). It has direct access to the master bedroom (located on the main floor).

The house has a living room and a dining room (both are on the main floor of the house). The dining room has a gorgeous crystal chandelier and a dining table (6 chairs) for you to enjoy meals. Additional chairs (4 chairs) are available. The dining room has access to a private wooden deck that leads to a brick patio, so you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee in the tranquility of the fenced back yard.

The wooden deck can be accessed both from the dining room and the kitchen. The deck leads to the brick patio that has a round table with 6 chairs. It also has a wooden coffee table with two rocking chairs. The charcoal grill and charcoal are available for guests' use.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator (2 doors), a gas stove with an oven (4 burners), a 2-slice toaster, and a microwave. It is also stocked with basic utensils, cookware and silverware, dishes, plates, bowls, cups, and glasses.

Guests will enjoy a ping-pong table in the downstairs area.

The house has a high-speed internet with Wi-Fi.

Essentials provided to guests: soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, bedroom linen, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. There is a washer and a dryer that guests can use.

Parking is available for 3 cars. Two cars can be parked in front of the house (street parking), and the 3rd car can be parked in the driveway (though the driveway is steep, it is flat at the top)
• No trailers, RV's, camping or construction vehicles are permitted.

Guests will use an electronic keypad to unlock and enter the house.


Other details to note:
1. Guests are not permitted to move any furniture around the house or bring any pieces of furniture from the house outside.
Please note: There are 6 outside chairs and the iron cast table, 2 rocking chairs and the small wooden table on the brick patio for your use.

2. Guests are not permitted to move furniture from the main floor to the downstairs area.

3. Plug the curling irons and a hairdryer only in the bathrooms. Only one high wattage device (a curling iron or a hairdryer) can be used at one time in each bathroom to ensure that the circuit breaker does not trip.

4. Since it is a rental house, to give privacy to my guests who are staying at the house, unfortunately I can’t accommodate any requests to:
- Walk on the property or to view the property until the actual check-in time of the confirmed booking.

5. No baby gates can be installed at the house. The house is not designed and not suitable for children under the age of 2.
There is a stairwell with 10 steps leading to the downstairs area – no baby gates can be installed.

6. The house is about 9 miles away from the airport. Some plane noise can be heard in the area.

7. Please do not wash any bed linen or towels. Simply leave them in the laundry mesh bag in your bedroom or place them in the white plastic laundry basket in the laundry room.

8. Please clean any spills after cooking in the kitchen. Extra trash bags are in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Do not put wet dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc. in the kitchen cabinets while they are wet. Use the black or grey drying mat to let them dry. Do not pour oil in the sink (pour oil in the container, which is in the cabinet under the kitchen sink labeled “Container for oil.”) Please keep the refrigerator clean.

9. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings are permitted at the house.
