Welcome to your East Hampton mid-century modern retreat, designed by acclaimed Tech Built architect Carl Koch. Situated in a sought-after East Hampton neighborhood with easy access to bay beaches, harbors, and local restaurants, this stylish home features updated decks, chic furnishings, and a beautifully landscaped yard perfect for relaxing outdoors.

A short neighborhood path provides private access to Lion Head Beach—ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or long strolls on the beach, with stunning sunsets to enjoy.

Lounge by the natural-finish gunite pool (heated upon request for an additional fee), or unwind on premium teak outdoor furniture that complements the serene setting. Inside, enjoy a chef’s kitchen, high-speed 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, and an updated entertainment system with Apple TV, AirPlay, and two audio zones.

Guests have access to the Lion Head Beach Association’s private beach and harbor.

Beautiful Getaway

We absolutely love this home! We’ve spent a week here over the last two Septembers - the home and pool are beautiful and well designed, and the home is a short walk from a nice beach on the bay. It’s been an amazing stay for us, and we will definitely be booking again!

The house was in a great location, very clean, and was just like the pictures. Host was very responsive and gave great recommendations about the area! The pool and deck were beautiful! Definitely would return!

Fantastic hideaway

Lovely (if short!) stay; the place was great, and Rick v helpful with any questions. The beach is awesome, East Hampton nice to wander round, and would definitely recommend Longhouse as a cool place to visit with the kids. Will be nice to come back when the weather is a little warmer and see everything in full swing!

Is there any word better than PERFECT?

From the moment I’ve book until the very last minute everything was PERFECT! Rick is the most incredible host that makes you feel like home and welcomed even before checking in. The house is not like in the picture, IT’S BETTER!! We’re looking forward to coming back soon! I wish they had 6 stars so I could make justice to what my experience looked like!

Gorgeous house in the Hamptons!

The house was exactly as advertised and is picture perfect! It's decorated so nicely, was extremely clean, and has everything you would need for a relaxing weekend away! The beds were comfortable, there's a ton of closet space to hang up clothes, and the pool is gorgeous. It rained one of the days we were there but because the house has large windows that look out to the beautiful backyard, as well as a covered deck area, it really didn't matter much! We had a great time. The house owner was also extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had! I would definitely book this house again!!

Awesome

The property is located in a discreet area but within easy reach (2miles) of East Hampton. There is a path to a wonderful beach. The hosts were great and provided a useful guide to the area. The house is just right - practical kitchen, clean bathrooms (with bathtub!), cosy rooms. Spacious living room. I liked that the TV room is located downstairs. By the way, the entertainment system is more than sufficient in case bad weather requires time indoors. Their garden is well kept and the outdoors area is such a chill place.

Nice house in a great neighborhood

Overall, we enjoyed the outdoor space and location/neighborhood a little bit better than the actual house. The rooms were very small, with the exception of the master suite downstairs which was spacious with a nice large closet. Unfortunately it was freezing down there and I dreaded going downstairs. There’s only one AC control in the house and if you want to keep the upstairs cool the downstairs ends up freezing, even with the vents closed. But the house is very cute inside and out, well updated and nicely decorated. The pool and deck (with Weber grill) is lovely and we enjoyed having the bay beach nearby, just a 2-minute walk down the street. However, the house is definitely not “beachfront” and make sure you bring your own beach chairs because there aren’t any available to guests. Rick, our host, was easy to reach and very accommodating. Overall, a nice stay.

Great stay

We stayed at the property for about 10 days with six adults and had a fantastic time. The house is adorable and looks just like it does in the pictures and the hosts are lovely and very responsive (we ran out of paper towel and they quickly replenished and had a few other minor things like that that they addressed immediately). The location is far out in the springs – for anybody that doesn’t know the Hamptons. It is quite far from town relative to anywhere else, but the perk is that you are directly across from the Bay beach and have private access – it’s an adorable spot and especially nice for watching the sunset. The layout of the house is three bedrooms upstairs sharing one bathroom and one bedroom downstairs – the master – with its own bathroom and another sitting area. The biggest flaw of the house is that for the air-conditioning to be high enough upstairs, it makes the downstairs absolutely freezing. So make sure you have somebody in your group that is willing to sleep in a very cold space. Also note that the stairs to the basement are very steep – more treacherous than they look in the photos. So you should be sure that whomever is planning to stay down there is very physically able. It would be great if the upstairs had another half bath – as it’s very difficult for three bedrooms to share one bathroom. Other than those Layout items – the kitchen is adorable and the family room has space for hanging out, and the pool is super cute. Could use more outdoor furniture

Absolutely wonderful experience at this property! We visited from Manhattan with family and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house was spotless and private, the pool was gorgeous, and the location was perfect — close enough to the towns when we wanted to explore, but peaceful when we wanted to relax. Rick was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in East Hampton

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The home was comfortable, the pool was lovely and the access to the private beach nearby was a big draw. The downstairs of the house is quite chilly, and the deck would benefit from upgraded seating but overall a very nice home.

This house is beautifully designed with a comfortable adult suite downstairs. It offers easy access to the beach and convenient grocery shopping. The place is very relaxing and clean.
