This was the perfect place to stay for fall break in Sun Valley. It was very clean. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The condo is in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Located in a quiet neighborhood near the river and bike path, this property is a hidden gem. It's well appointed, cozy and comfortable. The short walk to restaurants and shops was just the right distance for us to feel both a part of the town's fun atmosphere and yet removed enough to thoroughly relax.

Condo was incredibly clean. Well stocked with all the kitchen basics. Beds were very comfortable and cozy. Close to all area restaurants, coffee shops and Sun Valley resort. We never got check-in instructions so had to call the after hours numbers.

Great place, great people

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at Alpine were super helpful when I called with questions about the process and gave me a lot of information about town. The check in process very fast and the condo was clean and spacious. Exactly as described.

The property management company Alpine Lodging overall was great. They are responsive to text messages & phone calls - they are a lot slower through the VRBO messaging system. I booked this unit specifically because it featured A/C. The A/C unit wouldn't kick on and the thermostat would not let me change the setting to below 70 degrees. They sent maintenance out immediately and maintenance confirmed temperature setting couldn't be changed (not a user error). They reached out to the owner and in the meantime provided 2 fans. They came back the next day to check on the A/C which still was not working and removed the fans. I messaged them three more times during my 5 day stay and it was never resolved. A few odd things during my stay:1. Most of the windows were unlocked upon arrival which is a bit concerning for security purposes.2. After maintenance came the 2nd day, they left the garage door unlocked. 3. Maintenance used the primary bathroom & left the toilet seat up. There are 3 bathrooms to use & just odd to use the primary bathroom.

During their stay at Meadowbrook, Grace demonstrated excellent communication, maintained the property in great condition, and followed all house guidelines. Their respectful and considerate approach made hosting them a smooth and positive experience. We would gladly host them again.

This is a lovely one-BR with loft apartment located within walking distance of River Run life complex at Sun Valley. BR, bathroom, and kitchen were immaculate. Kitchen well-appointed with everything we needed. Gas fireplace kept the unit toasty (but with ambient spring temps it did not have to work hard). Owner's instructions were clear and simple. Wi-Fi worked great. Only (very tiny) issue was the need to pick up and return keys to realty office (instead of combo lock at unit). With one-way traffic on Main St. due to Ketchum road construction this was less than ideal.

Fabulous stay. The condo was a perfect winter mountain get away - cozy fireplace, timber touches, and everything we needed. The home was spotless and well-fitted all around. Bedroom/loft were all very comfortable - a firm mattress with topper and cozy down in white linens made it feel like sleeping in a marshmallow. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower was great after a day skiing. The town shuttle to the River run lodge stopped every half hour just steps from the front door, but the lodge was also an easy five-ten minute walk (great if storing equipment on the mountain), or drive. With almost a foot of snow, the mgt. took care of snow removal. The only thing missing was ski locker at the condo, but we made do with keeping skis in the car. Thanks for the hospitality.

We particularly liked the unit since it was more modern and minimalistic than other places that we’ve stayed in Ketchum which tend to lean toward to ski or hunting lodge styles. It was a walk of 20 minutes to my work event which made it very convenient. Thank you so much!
