Place was good. Inside a resort had a swimming pool, lazy river and a nice water slide for kids. Some appliances needed to be upgraded or did not work properly. But overall it was a good location to stay. Me and my family stayed for 6 nights.

Coaches House

We were in town for Pop Warner Nationals with a team of 14 year old boys. This house served as base for 4 coaches. It was great forvour purpose. Close but out of the noise of Disney. Ckmfirtable and relatively clean. I would use this property again.

Cleanliness

The house was not properly cleaned and seemed like the appliances had been off for some time and so it took an extensive amount for Adequate cooling for the house and even refrigerator along with ice machine to work.

Inside of house was nice and was clean. However, prior guests left trash outside front door. I emailed property manager numerous times and called once but it didn't get picked up until we saw trash collector 4 days later and asked them to take it. Outlets in some bedrooms and kitchen did not work. Multiple breakers were tripped. I asked and was told by property manager that the kitchen was fully equipped. It was not. No large pots or pans, only very small ones, not sufficient for party of more than two. Sectional couch seemed old and was very uncomfortable. Had issues with neighbors continually being in our parking spot. Extremely noisy neighbors being outside until 2am or later, loud music, loud TV, and screaming and yelling, seemed like very thin windows and walls. Did not receive return email from management company as to where to leave gate pass. Management company was responsive before the trip but not during.

House was clean and well maintained as a property. Very affordable. Location is fairly close to Disney: the neighbors weren’t a problem. The pool is small but nice. AC worked well. Beds were fine. Didn’t have any reason to contact the host but our interactions pre-check in were pleasant and check in was smooth. Parking can be tricky. One night someone just completely blocked us in. Not the hosts problem but still worth mentioning. Pictures of the property on this listing are outdated: we had different furniture (cheaper chairs, a weird shag rug that didn’t feel very clean, the upstairs common room has a completely different couch than the pictures that frankly is the worst couch I’ve ever sat on) broken TV remotes and we had to Frankenstein working fans out of the five they had, I ended up working on them to make two of them work. There are earlier reviews about the carpet and all that: we didn’t feel it was a problem. The carpet is clearly original and has wear but it’s clean, no noticeable stench in the home. There is no real decor. It doesn’t feel homey. It feels like a churned rental property. I feel like if they just put in a little money for the small things it would make this so much better. Example: no baking sheets. Why? I had to cook pizza rolls in the microwave instead. We had to cook eggs in a tiny pan. Soap dispensers but no soap. Broken trash can. No Lights above the pool. Simple things.We would not stay here again, but we recommend it well enough.

I don't like giving a bad review, but the place was not as advertised. The pictures look fine however there were issues. The master bedroom bed was so uncomfortable I had to switch after a few hours. Thankfully we had extra bedrooms as our party size was small. The new bed was just okay if you sleep in the middle of it. However, the bathroom in that room had a bad smell (think toilet sewage smell) that took several days to go away. The carpet is a color that doesn't show dirt, but you could tell it's dirty and very worn. The entire place needs updating of carpet and mattresses. There were no dressers in any of the rooms so you had to live out of a suitcase. You get a bed and a nightstand with a lamp. Hotels have much more than this. HVAC takes several hours to cool a few degrees at night and it wasn't even the hot season. Hot water took a long time to warm up and didn't get very hot. We stayed based on the other reviews but were very disappointed. Also, the distance from the convention center and parks is 10-12 miles but takes 35-45 minutes to get to any of them. Avoid this place and location at all costs.
