The listing for this property was accurate and we enjoyed our stay. Check in was on time and without hassle. The house was clean from top to bottom and being in a gated community added to the feeling of security. We would stay here again!

Great house

The property was just as described and very comfortable. The management team was very good and responsive. Would recommend this house for a great vacation!

Great House with Plenty of space

Very clean property with great space and nice neighborhood. The community pool had more fun to offer than I anticipated. Would highly recommend!

Great house and neighborhood

Pros: spacious, clean home Outdoor area/pool are well kept Resort pool/amenities are well kept and staffed Safe neighborhood close to attractions Sidewalks throughout community and around 2 ponds where we saw alligators, birds, turtles,etc. Cons: could use a folder with local info such as stores/restaurants Community pool often had debris and needed to be skimmed more often Knives and kitchen set were quite dull Busy road directly behind the home, but it was far less disruptive than we originally thought.

Nice home

The home is exactly like the pictures. It is very spacious. The upstairs living space was nice for the children. The neighbors are close. The pool had to be clean, so we were not able to enjoy it for a day. The water park was nice. I would suggest you clean the carpet on the stairs and the sofa upstairs. I would stay again.

Great neighborhood amenities

We enjoyed the amenities of this neighborhood, including the lazy river (bring your own floatie), huge heated pool, and walking paths. Easy driving to Disney. The house has many bedrooms and bathrooms, and they are decorated nicely. The neighbor houses are very close, and there is not much privacy in the back pool area, along with the busy street behind. We didn't spend a lot of time in our small pool though, but instead went to the resort pool which was only a 5 min walk. Also, we did not use the outdoor grill, and found the George Foreman grill in the kitchen to be perfect for making a few burgers or chicken thighs. We felt very safe and the manager was attentive. Only thing that I would change is to add more towels and washcloths, as there are only 1 set provided per person. There is a laundry room, so we were able to wash our towels. Overall, a wonderful vacation!

Family vacation 2023

The home was beautiful. The children enjoyed having their very own livingroom upstairs.The location wasn't exactly optimal for what we prefer as far as distance to groceries and other shopping. The neighbors are extremely close. There is a road directly behind the home which means you can hear the traffic at night and there is not a lot of privacy on the pool deck. The community does offer a small water park that your family can enjoy free of charge which my children loved. The pool heat stopped working twice both times the property manager had someone out to get it fixed within 2 hours. Unfortunately we did lose quite a bit of pool time due to it being treated with numerous chemicals to get it cleaned up. Over all it was a pleasant stay and I would stay again. I appreciated their promt response to the small issues that arose. We stayed for 2 weeks in this home and it was a comfortable stay. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The community is small and quiet.
