This cozy Tiny Home sits on a waterfront lot with a private dock. The front porch faces the lake for nice lake-life views. It faces the west, so you will experience beautiful sunsets.

The home has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a loft with 2 twin mattresses. It can easily fit 4 people comfortably. There is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. All of the bedding and linens for your stay are there for your convenience.

The full kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots. pans, and utensils. There is also a keurig coffee machine for your use.

Guests have full access to the tiny house and the Clubhouse, which is only 3 lots away. The Clubhouse includes a swimming pool, gas grills, picnic area, laundry area, and more. There is a boat ramp for you to launch your boat. Across the parking lot, there is a play-area for children and a separate play area for dogs.

Great little waterfront tiny home right next to the community pool. Property was just like the pictures and listings, and I had a great stay. I was in town for a wedding nearby the lake and this was a much more unique experience than staying at a chain hotel 30 miles away.

The host responded promptly to any questions I had about the property. We were able to use the dog park for our dog. It was clean and very well kept we had a beautiful view of the lake and just two properties away from the clubhouse.

The property is secure, friendly and beautiful. The tiny house was perfect! They supplied everything you could want or need. The check-in and entire process was easy. I plan to visit again in Spring.

Somehow I got the idea from the listing that I should go to the gate beside the guardhouse to check in . This was probably my error, but when I could not open that gate with the code, it caused some anxiety.

Everything was great worked out well for the fishing tournament unfortunately the lake was low and the boat ramp was closed, the owners can’t make it rain.

We absolutely loved the property! will definitely be back. 1 suggestion I would make would be to install a few rod holders at the end of the dock. other than that, everything was great! My wife and I are actually retiring in the next year or so and we added this to our top 3 list of places to consider. we loved the vibe of the little community and would like some feedback from you about it as well as your experiences.

Cute home with a large family room area. Loved how close it was to the pool and clubhouse. The 4th of July fireworks were amazing!

Great place to stay if are looking for a lake get away. There is a nice pool and pool house a few steps away. The tiny home was well equipped with the essentials. Note the laundry room take quarters. It’s best to bring a few rolls with you. We enjoyed evening walks and the beautiful sunsets.
