Dazzling and Modern tiny home that sits on the banks of Richland Chambers Lake with a front porch that faces the lake and wonderful nature views. Two sleeping areas - and two great outdoor seating area to enjoy your time relaxing on the water. Quiet part of Kerens TX with amazing sunrises, sunsets and Saturday evening sailboat rides. Only a short ride to DFW International Airport, and 20 mins away from the Russell Stover Chocolate Factory.

Welcome to our cozy, quiet home! Right up to the lake, this tiny home has everything you can need from our 2 beds, fully stocked kitchen, or lake side views. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the water every evening, as you enjoy your cozy getaway.

Our entire home is yours to enjoy during your relaxing stay!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us and the incredible view of the lake was breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again. For a tiny home it was very spacious and a clean and comfortable stay while house hunting. They thought of everything and had a well stocked kitchen and we didn’t need to bring a thing!

Enjoyable place, kitchen is not very well stocked, they were not willing to budge on check in time, beautiful home, relaxing, quaint but lovely!

Relaxation in a Tiny House

The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Having a cup of coffee on the back porch in the morning was a real treat. The view cannot be beat. Stay here, you’ll not be disappointed.

Awesome for the value

This tiny home is perfect for a couple night stay. I was getting married in Kerens and needed somewhere close to stay for the night before and night of, prior to leaving on our Honeymoon. The house was clean, on the water and exactly what we needed. Close to the boat ramp too. Great location. Will definitely use again in the future.

This is a property that I have stayed in before and enjoyed the location, the property and the community that it is located within. The drive is a about an hour away from where I reside, so it is convenient. The check in did present a small challenge, the directions indicated there was to be a physical key inside the lockbox to the left of the door. The lockbox did not contain the key to unlock the door, however I did send a message through the app and after a few minutes, I did recieve a response to. I was redirected to a back up lock box with additional physical keys.The property was clean and cool, the couch in the living area could use a periodic cleaning, the couch and the pillows show some usage due to stains from previous use. Other than that the property was well maintained and clean. The individual who is known as the community "Ranger", paid a visit to the property early the second morning giving instructions and requesting personal information. The instructions recieved from the property management that I recieved prior to check in was that trash would need to be left at the curb at a certain time the day of check out. The "Ranger" provided a piece of paper with some hand written instructions stating we are to dump out trash in a dumpster on the property grounds due to changes. The request for personal information such as home address, drivers license number, etc. was a bit more than I wanted to provide. Would I stay again yes.
