Great Cabin that over looks the Osage River, in Tuscumbia, MO. This cabin is a 2 bedroom cabin - 1 queen size bed and 1 full size bed, full kitchen and laundry set up, 1 bath with tub and shower. Smart TV so that you can stream you favorites, internet available. Air conditioned. Great front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or nice evening cocktail while watching the river go by, may even see a few Eagles and other wildlife. Will Definitely Stay There Again

Everything we needed was there. Very adorable and charming house. Rhonda was nice on our arrival and showed us through the house. Lots of towels, pans, extra linens, etc My favorite part was seeing the Osage river from the front windows and cute patio. It felt so private and cozy. We will definitely book again.

Great place

Very quiet cabin on the river. Came early to drop off my suitcase, host said they had a water leak and they had it fuxed when I came back. Great place. leak

Relaxing stay by the river

We had an amazing, relaxing time! Her place is literally right across the street from the river. Gorgeous view! Super cute place with a cabin feel to it. She was very friendly, greeting us when we first arrived, showing us around, left a couple bottles of wine for us to enjoy. Had all the amenities we could need. The peacocks roaming around the area was an extra treat! Thank you so much for the great stay! We will definitely hope to stay again when we are in the Osage Beach area. ❤️

Down by the riverside

Lovely cabin with a cool history right on the Osage River. Generally very quiet with only the occasional passing car and the sounds of the local peacocks and hummingbirds for a peaceful background. Rhonda and Chevy are awesome hosts; be sure to have a chat with them when you get a chance.

Amazing cabin on the river

Cozy cabin

My wife and a few of her friends had a very plesant stay at the cabin. It was located perfectly in the middle of the events they scheduled and was very cozy and comfortable for there stay.

Nice Getaway

This is a comfortable rustic home, away from the hustle and bustle. The hosts are wonderful and welcoming. The area is great for hiking around.

Exceptional experience

Rhonda and Chevy are 2 of the best people you will ever meet! The whole experience was one that I will remember always, and we will definitely go back. Scenery was beautiful, hosts were amazing, cabin was cozy and historic, and overall had a wonderful time!

A very inviting cabin with a view of the Osage River. We were met by the owner, Chevy & felt at home. They provided 2 bottles of local wine as a welcome gift. There was coffee in the cabinet with filters to make the next morning. Very unusual in a VRBO to receive these amenities. What else do you need! Pleasant stay!! Charming cabin!

Anniversary stay

It has been a long while since my wife and I stayed anywhere other than home for our anniversary! Chevy and Rhonda made it very special all over again! Can't wait to return! The cottage was very warm and inviting, just what we were looking for! They went out of their way to make everything perfect along with the extras I requested they placed in the room before or arrival ! My wife was happy! I highly recommend looking then up!

Short weekend getaway

Rhonda and Chevy were excellent hosts. The cabin was exactly as described. Fresh fruit, eggs & wine such an excellent perk.. even if we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it all on our short trip. Hope to come back again to enjoy this little cabin on the river.

A+ vacation and property!

This was the perfect cabin for our weekend trip to the Lake of the Ozarks area! It was close enough to the lake life but far enough to have the privacy we wanted. We took our 3 dogs and just enjoyed the weekend by the Osage river. The property owners Rhonda and Chevy were the nicest people we have stayed with! We travel a lot and nobody has ever put in so much effort to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about your vacation and that you have the best time possible. The house was clean and we have absolutely zero complaints. We will be back!!

Awesome Cabin and Hosts

What a great place to unwind! Rhonda and Chevy are amazing hosts who can offer insight into the area and local services along with great conversations. They are close by and available for any questions you might have. Left there feeling like we had acquired lifelong friends. There love of animals, both companion and food producing is awesome (best fresh eggs ever). The house has everything you need plus, fresh fruit, fresh eggs, and fresh coffee! It is very well stocked with all the necessities – a perfect home away from home. Clean and comfortable – what more could you ask for! And the absolute best part – PET friendly. It was so nice to be able to have our dogs with us. We will see them again in July when we pick up our new miniature dachshund puppy😊 If you are looking for a quiet relaxing location where you can take your pet, this is your place. A hop, skip and a jump to the Osage River and a park close by also. Close to Lake of the Ozarks for entertainment/shopping/Lake or just stay back and enjoy the peacefulness of this excellent location. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Rhonda and Chevy for your hospitality and friendship – we will be back!

Loved it

Great property owners. Spot was across small road to the river. So relaxing. Close to state parks— we went to Ha Ha Tonka and Bennett Springs (easy 45 min drives away). Place was clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!! Thank you!

Gorgeous cabin on Osage Rivet

We had a wonderfyl stay in this lovely cabin the pictures do not do it justice master bedroom is huge with very comfy bed Everything you could pissibly need in the beautiful kitchen Lots of great state parks nearby I loved sipping wine on the front porch watching the river go by Best of all werer the wonderful hosts Rhonda and Chevy They provided wine, fruit and eggs for us!! Extremely clean cabin off the beaten path! We enjoyed sitting outside just watching the river.

My husband, two dogs and I went for a long weekend. The cabin was very clean and the owners were attentive to our needs. Rhonda and Chevy supplied us with fresh ground coffee, fresh eggs, tomatoes, onions and cantelope. Pots and pans were very nice. We wanted for nothing. We enjoyed sitting by the river and wetting hook. It was a quiet, comfortable and peaceful time. We will plan to go again!

Very nice Cabin and has all you need for your stay

This is a very cute and very nice Cabin!! Rhonda and Chevy were so very nice and made us feel so Welcome!! We never got to stay our last night there that we had paid for and Rhonda let us know when we visit again we get one night free on our next visit!!

Simple and sweet

We had a great weekend at Rhonda’s cabin. We enjoyed the peace and quiet along the river, as well as the easy 25 minute drive to the lake. Rhonda was very attentive and checked in with us during our stay. She and Chevy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we enjoyed visiting with them. Cabin was just as described and we had everything we needed. We loved the country setting and had a great weekend!

Great place away from it all

Very small town. Hosts friendly and always available for any questions or needs. Provided complimentary fruit and wine. Place has a washer and dryer that came in handy. We had 5 people and 3 small dogs and felt comfortable. River ramp right across the street and cute park within walking distance with fishing access. Gas station nearby with decent pizza. Approx 20 mins from Gerbes grocery. Stayed here for fishing and a concert at a nearby venue. Will be back!
