This beautiful, tri-level condo is just east of Tahoe City. It is close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, NorthStar and Homewood ski areas. A perfect winter wonderland. In summer you can walk to Skylandia Beach, on breathtaking Lake Tahoe or walk into town on the bike path. You will find great restaurants and shopping. Or, just stay at the condo and swim or play tennis. The North Shore Casinos are about a 15 minute drive away.
This unit is part of the Villa's Townhouse complex, located in a natural setting surrounded by pine trees. The condo has a loft master suite bedroom. There are also two bedrooms with a full bath on the lower floor. There are steps down and up to unit from parking lot and the unit is 3 levels.

Great ski condo in an optimal location. It’s a nice condo in an optimal location. It’s very safe, very quiet. Exactly as described in the listing, not the fanciest place, but has everything you need. Great value for money. Mike quickly resolved an issue with the cleaning person upon arrival and was very communicative. I’ll definitely stay again.

Mike was an excellent host, very responsive. We had no issues with the rental. Overall rating of 4 was because I feel some of the kitchen items could be replaced.

Place was not clean, couldn’t get in, thank hod that the person who cleans it helped us. It needs an update on inside furniture and it smelled. Very unhappy with the stay. In fact we only stayed one day. We had rented it for two days.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay here. Conveniently located near Tahoe City, Beaches, and ski resorts. Lots of space for a family.

Perfect spot for a Lake Tahoe visit
This comfortable and lovely townhome is the perfect spot for a Lake Tahoe vacation with plenty of room inside to spread out or gather. It is also in a wonderful location with easy access to both the beach and downtown Tahoe City.

Great Trip!
Had a great stay here with some friends for a wedding. Peaceful and quiet, clean, convenient. Mike is a great host. Would stay again!

Cozy, clean, great location
Hosts were well organized and we had no issues checking in/out. Great location, just up the road from plenty of shops, grocery stores, food spots, etc.

Recently updated in November 2021. Includes new laminate flooring in entry area, living and kitchen rooms. New quartz counters in kitchen and upstairs bedroom along with new kitchen sink, over the stove microwave and new paint. Living room has a new rug under the coffee table and some new wall hangings.
Downstairs bathroom was completely redone within last 5 years along with new mattresses in bedrooms.
