Beautifully decorated condo with all the necessary amenities! Conveniently located only a short walk to the beach. Condo was clean and very spacious for our group of 8. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Heather and her family were wonderful guests that we would recommend them to any host. They left our place in great condition and adhered to our house rules. They are exactly the sort of guest anyone could want to host.

Great family vacation!

This was our 2nd stay on Topsail Island. This condo was great. It was well stocked with everything needed for our family. It was a short walk to the beach. Ron was very easy to work with.

Comfortable, clean, and well maintained

My family and I truly loved this place. Located in a private community with a pool, a two minute walk to the beach, this place checked off all our necessity boxes. It is very well maintained and updated and super clean. Felt more like staying at a friends house that a vacation rental.

Relaxing week

Our stay was great, we had a wonderful time as a family between the pool and the beach. Ron was responsive and available to help when any hiccups came up during the week. The listing was exactly as showed.

Well appointed and great location!

Such a great beach house! It was a perfect fit for our group ranging in age from 2 - 75. We only packed the essentials and everything else was provided. We were so happy all of the beds were made when we got there - saved a lot of time. We texted Ron upon arrival to let him know everything was perfect and he replied immediately. We were thankful for the extra thought put into supplying the house - from the kitchen to the beach and pool accessories! Thank you for taking such good care of your place and allowing us to stay there!

Teresa, Thank you so much for spending time at our home! We are so happy that we can open our home to multi-generational families so they can spend quality time together! I strive to have repeat visitors each year, so they feel that their time there is like spending time at their own beach house! We add or improve something each year, to keep it up to date. Fantastic property

Me and my friends just stayed for Labor Day weekend (girls trip - moms and daughters). The house was excellent. Great location, clean and excellent facilities (this house has everything you could need). Owner is also really great to communicate with, we really appreciated this. Thank you for a great stay!

Annual Beach Getaway

We had a great week with great weather. Pharma Sea is the perfect for 2 small families to stay comfortably. The house was well taken care of, beautifully decorated with all the basic supplies already provided. The location to the beach was perfect to walk back and forth. Amazing week with great new memories!

Great place!

The property was just as described. Owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Very close to the beach. Kids enjoyed the educational touch pool museum close by and both kids and teens loved the local candy store!

We rented 2 condos at this location pharma sea was the nicer of the two. We had no problems with the unit.

Great Experience

Great Owner

Nice townhouse, very comfortable. Owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly. The home is closer to the beach than we expected. Too bad COVID kept the pool closed. We would return to this property in the future.

Fantastic Property

Everything in the house was wonderful. We enjoyed having only a short walk to the beach, and the well-stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful week and will definitely consider this property when renting again!

Family Vacation

This was our first visit to Topsail beach. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. What a beautiful and spacious home. The owner was wonderful to work with and the house was well stocked and clean. Beautiful beach and closer than described. Riverview Cafe was our favorite restaurant. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful family vacation

Everything was perfect. Easy access to beach. Plenty of room for 11 people. Very comfortable accommodations. Great to have linens supplied and toilet paper and paper towels since they are hard to find during covid. Would definitely come back to stay at the Pharma Sea!

Relaxing R & R

Just spent 4 days at this condo by the beach. What a way to rest, relax and totally unwind. Ron was very responsive from booking the condo to the time we had to leave!

Family time in Surf City

It was perfect for location, activities, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked ( maybe over stocked) view of ocean and decks were wonderful. Loved the soft beach and clean pool!!! Would love to come back again.

Perfect for families and close to the beach!

We were very impressed with this house. It is a great set-up for families. It is much closer to the beach than we thought from looking at the pictures. The view of the ocean from the decks is very good. You can hear as well as see the waves. Although there is small bar in front of the ocean view decks and several bars across the street, the only time you hear noise from the bars (except traffic) is weekend nights (and then it was music which we enjoyed while on the deck). The pool is very close to the house. The house is nicely decorated, well stocked, clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the hose and the outdoor shower and the entry floor to store things. Ron checked in on us and check-in was very easy. The carport fit our group's van, SUV and car. We were all pleased with the house. Most importantly, the beach is amazing (clean, soft sand, not crowded). We had a great trip!

First visit

This was our first time in Topsail. We plan to come back next year. This was a great location. Easy access to the beach and close to pool. Great for all ages as we had kids ages 3 to 22. Older kids enjoyed the bikes. Ron was easy to get a hold of anytime we had questions. We had two families and there was plenty of room. The 2nd floor was an escape area for older kids. Two sets of stairs to get around house but was fine for us. Highly recommend to stay here.

Surf City Beach Rental

We enjoyed staying at this location! Easy access to ocean and a community pool to use. Very Convenient! Owners were great to work with and responded very quickly! Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your very nice home!
