Very clean, spacious and perfect for our large group! Beach views were awesome and the access to the beach was as easy as it gets. Wonderful location we will be back!

Property and home were beautiful, perfect place for our mini family reunion. Ocean views from the balconies, fully stocked kitchen for whipping up meals for our large group. Minor hiccup with the oven, but Tom was quick to get issue resolved over the holiday weekend. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our stay was amazing! Everything you could ask for in a house and location! Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items! The owner has a pay it forward suggestion for renters. We paid it forward with some extra items we had left over. Easy check in and check out process! I am super satisfied with the rental and communication with the owner! Beautiful property and views of the ocean and sound. Sunsets out the kitchen door! Only complaint was a few of the beds weren’t comfortable to us, but to each their own when it comes to beds lol! I wouldn’t let that stop me from going back again!! I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay here. The host and caretaker of the property were awesome to work with. The house is beautiful and all amenities were great. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great family vacation!

Very nice villa, great accommodation for our family vacation. The property manager was very helpful when an issue arose, very easy to get ahold of. We had a great time in this villa. This was our first time staying at Topsail beach, and we had an excellent time. Very relaxing, family friendly area!

It was a fantastic house close to beach and pool! Nice area-not too crowded but good distance from shopping. Appreciated the call from owner the day before.

We (5 of us) traveled from Wisconsin for a week away. The beach area home was extraordinarily spacious, modern and could have easily accommodated another family. We made almost all our meals in the gigantic kitchen area with the dining table suitable for 8. Our only critique was that this area of Topsail Beach is saturated with contractors. Early morning table saws, air compressors and crews driving in and out accompanied our morning coffee. It didn't ruin our time by any means. Oh yeah, a huge plus is the daily Marine Corps combat helicopters passing low and slow up and down the beach... super cool.
