Enjoy a beach & bay experience! This 3,100 sq ft. home is nestled between the beach and bay within walking distance to shopping and many popular restaurants. This 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home is in a gated community with 24 hour security. A resort island atmosphere with many amenities that include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, fitness center, two fishing and crabbing piers, three private beaches, Sunset Island Bar & Grill restaurant, and Marisols Cafe featuring ice creams, Starbucks and other coffees, deli sandwiches, beer & wine, light grocery items and personal essentials.

Prime Mid-town location within a block from trendy spots like —the beach — Ron Jon’s surf shop, Shade Shack, Sweet Frog, Dunkin Donuts, OC paddle board rentals, bowling alley, Late Nite Liquors, Kite Loft, Rick’s Market, clothing & jewelry boutiques, King Cone, and Old Pro Putt Putt indoor/outdoor golf. Gorgeous home, beautiful community, hidden gem. I’m a lifelong OC girl, with family having owned numerous places throughout the years around town. Never stayed at Sunset Island and was truly impressed. All the access and activities OC people are accustomed to but tucked just enough away from the hubbub to offer and elevated and peaceful retreat. Absolutely superb experience, wonderful hosts. We can’t wait to return.

This was our second year enjoying a long weekend here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The home is beautiful, spacious, and set in a lovely, safe community. We always feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay, and we look forward to booking again soon.

The house was absolutely amazing, it was a great place for my family to get together especially after losing my husband and my kids father back in May! This is the first vacation we have all been together since he passed and we were able to start moving on together!

Great time at the beach

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home, it is located in a great family friendly community with calm beaches perfect for young kids. It was a great experience and we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful, large home in Ocean City

Beautiful home - very spacious and clean. Layout makes it very comfortable for groups or families. Great location and amenities in the community. The host is incredibly helpful and responsive. Really nice stay overall.

Sunset Island had all the amenities a family would need. Great pool and private beach. Quick walk to the ocean. Plenty of room and great hosts who were very communicative. Can’t say enough about how clean everything was.

Stunning home and location

What an amazing home. Amazing communication and guidance!!! My family truly enjoyed their stay. Amazingly equipped for all the necessity’s for an easy beach week. Property managers were amazing!!! We have visited SI a few times and this one by far was the best and most beautiful home!

This property looks like a model home. Beautiful. There was plenty of room for our group and it was terrific to have a private bathroom for each bedroom. Thanks for providing access to beach chairs and umbrellas. We highly recommend renting this property!

Fantastic Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning townhome! It was the perfect size for our four-generation family, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The amenities were fantastic—such a treat not to have to pack extra beach gear. The outdoor deck was the perfect spot to relax together after dinner.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the pool and beach, and the nearby bus stop made getting around easy. The home was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay.We would absolutely plan another family vacation here again!

Luxurious, Spacious, and Comfortable. Amenities galore including beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, grill, etc.. Well equipped for all. Sunset Island provides lots to do with its own beach, great pools, gym, kayaking and more. Most importantly the hosts Cynthia and Scott are readily available to answer all your questions and even provide dining recommendations. You won’t be disappointed.

Summer 2024

Scott and Cyndi have a fantastic place with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Plenty of beach supplies (chairs, carts, umbrellas), a gas grill, bicycles, and two kayaks with a launch point just outside the front door. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Sunset Island is a beautiful little community. Cyndi was very responsive to any questions we had.

Outstanding property. You are in the middle of Ocean City but in a gated community with private beaches, a big pool and a restaurant. We used the bikes, canoes and intertubes in the garage. One afternoon we rented a pontoon from the marina at the entrance to the community, and using the carts in the garage, it was easy to walk all our stuff to the marina. Mornings were spent enjoying coffee on one of the multiple porches/balconies. Terrific place to stay or a large group.

We could not have asked for a better vacation experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The house was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and perfectly accommodated our group. It had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils to beach chairs for our days by the water. One feature we especially appreciated was having two sets of washers and dryers. It made a huge difference for a larger group.The property itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The pools were perfect for our family, especially with two 7-year-olds. They were able to comfortably touch the bottom throughout the pool, which gave us peace of mind and allowed them to have so much fun. The pool wait staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive, making our time there even more enjoyable.If you're on the fence about booking this property, don't hesitate. We 100% recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!
