My husband n I have stayed in this unit several times. We come to Maui almost every year, and when we found this place we stopped looking to stay anywhere else. It’s perfect. We love to snorkel, and we. An just get into the water right there. We have seen turtles every year. The sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking. You can also see them from the pool / beach area. I love to lay out reading my book from at the pool and listen to the ocean. The owners of the unit are amazing and everyone I have ever dealt with at the building have been so nice and accommodating. I’m planning on being back next year.

Beatiful Ocean Views, we could see whales and sea turtles from the patio!! Quiet Location, and Great Communion with the Hosts. The only negative was the listing pictures looks like there is beach right infront of the condo unit. There is no beach, the ocean comes up to the break wall and there are lots of sand bags. The guy at the desk told us water levels have raised the last few years. You can walk down a couple buildings and acess beach.

Great location!

We absolutely loved this property and would recommend it to all. The views from this 9th floor unit was amazing! Sunsets, whales, turtles galore!

Terrific location

Property was very clean, comfortable, fully equipped. Terrific location for whale watching, walk to several good restaurants and small grocery store. Hope to come again next year!

Excellent view and grounds!

We had an amazing stay on the island of Maui with restaurants just a minute away! We snorkled right in front of our condo and had a blast! Unit could use a little restarations but over all had an amazing trip and will do it again next year.

Great spot to use as base camp

My wife and I only had 4 days and were on the go most of the time. This condo had all we needed. The resort is easy to access, clean.

Loved it! Super easy and clean...

Loved our stay! Walking distance to Miso Phat Sushi, which we loved and the bbq are at the pool area was cool too! The check in and check out process was super easy, along with the communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Getaway

The condo we stayed at was amazing. We were close to everything for shopping and entertainment. Got to travel the island and enjoy its beauty. The condo owners were amazing and their condo was perfect. Cannot wait to come back!!!

Really nice place and great location.

Great stay at Royal Kahana 914

Gorgeous view, very nicely decorated and up to date. Enjoyed our stay, wish we could be here longer. Only needed ac in the afternoon, just kept windows open for breeze and sounds of the surf rest of the time. Pool warm and so enjoyable.

This is our 4th time at this building, and 3rd time in this unit. It never disappoints. That’s why we continue to stay. We took our older granddaughter with us. Her first time in Hawaii, she was over the moon. She commented several times on how much she loved the unit.

Great location on Maui (NW coast)

This property was in a very nice location to explore the north and west coasts of Maui. This VRBO was very clean. We stayed in several VRBOs in Hawaii, and this was the cleanest by far. The host/s were very helpful, easy to work with, and very prompt in replying to our questions.

Great Place to Stay

The property was well kept and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo owner dealt with a concern quickly which was greatly appreciated. Condo had many supplies provided. The view was amazing!

Wonderful stay!

The property was very nice. A spectacular view from the balcony. On site concierge to help you with sightseeing, restaurants, etc. A couple nice restaurants within walking distance.. others close driv8ng distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Great property

This was a great property with amazing views of the ocean. We were able to whale watch from the balcony and enjoy sunsets. Interior was a little old, but nothing awful. The owner responded quickly to my emails. Would stay again in the future.
