Professionally managed by Casago First Coast. Wake up to the sound of waves, spend the afternoon in your own screened pool, then wind the night down with a foosball rematch and a movie from the DVD shelf. Coral Casa is built for that easy, unhurried beach-week feeling — sun in the morning, laughter after dark, and a private walkover close enough that flip-flops are the only shoes you'll need.
BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Sleeps up to 10 across four bedrooms plus a game room bunk:
• Master Bedroom — 1 King bed, private five-piece en-suite bath
• Bedroom 2 — 1 Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — 1 Queen bed
• Loft — 1 Bunk bed
• Game Room — 1 additional Bunk bed
• 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom
THE SPACE
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, with a dining table, breakfast nook, and outdoor table for meals with a view. Step outside to the screened, private pool and patio — deck chairs, an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet, and a BBQ grill make this the heart of the home. Note: the pool is not heated, so it's best enjoyed on warm Florida days.
Inside, the living room is dressed in quality furnishings and art, with a smart TV for movie nights and a well-stocked DVD library. The separate game room is where the fun really happens — a foosball table, board games, its own TV, and a mini bar for the adults.
A private beach walkover is just a two-to-three-minute stroll away, leading to an uncrowded stretch of sand scattered with shells and coquina rocks, plus a covered pavilion with showers and restrooms.

The host was super easy to work with and kept great communication with me. The house was perfect, it had everything we needed. The area was nice and quiet and super close to the beach with easy access.

We loved the location and the pool and surrounding patio area was very nice with a little section that was just right for the baby to splash around in. The neighborhood was very tranquil and the walk to the beach was less than 3 minutes. Lots of minor issues but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Place for the Family Thanksgiving
We brought our entire family to celebrate Thanksgiving, and all eight of us had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for a gathering and the beach access was as close as advertised. The entire area is an amazing part of Florida and we enjoyed being on that part of the coast. The owners communication with us was as good if not better than any, we’ve ever experienced we would come back here every year, just to enjoy it all over again!

Perfect Spring Break
The house was great! The walk to the beach was barefoot. The pool was awesome. If I could change anything about the stay, I would just have made it 10° warmer outside.
Everything was perfect.

Amazing Stay!!
We had the best family vacation at Coral Casa! The house was perfect for our family of 6! We had plenty of space and room to enjoy our time together! The house was clean, nicely laid out, and walking distance to the beach (maybe 3 minutes)! The pool was great for all ages with room to swim and a space for small children to splash in!
Jamie was an amazing host, who answered all my questions in a timely manner! She was easy to work with and extremely kind during the entire process!
Thank you for an incredible stay and we hope to be back! :)

Nice and cozy but pics are way out of date and home needs basic fixes and better upkeep.
The stay was great until we tried to go in the ice cold pool, owner just changed the pool water due to the hurricane, that has a heater hooked up but was disconnected/broken. There is also algae all over the home and makes it look gross and slimy. The air conditioning duct had mold all around the unit in the garage. They have a water softener hooked up for the very hard water that the area has, but it wasn't plugged in or was not working so our skin is very dry and red now. The rug in the garage was soaking wet and smelled horrible. The back patio door to the pool is off center and very difficult to lock and unlock and the connected secondary door does not stay latched once the main door is opened and closed.

Thank you for your detailed feedback Jacob, however your review is not at all accurate.
I am available at all times to accommodate my guests with any concerns, you did not contact me at all. The pool heater works great, it was not yet turned on because it was still hot with temps in the 80s. Had you contacted me you could have turned it on.
You arrived the day after the Hurricane and a bit of water from the storm got under the garage door on the mat. I’m sorry to hear you had trouble with the pool door, this has never been an issue and upon checking works perfectly. I truly hope that you all had a great vacation and also took notice of the many positives of the beautiful house, beautiful pool, and beautiful beach.
