TWO COMMUNITY POOLS

Two oceanfront community pools serve the building, with plentiful lounge chairs and boardwalks leading straight to the beach. The pools are unheated and shared with the rest of the association.

LIVING AND DINING, WITH ROOM TO SPREAD OUT

The combined living and dining area looks out over the ocean, with a TV for evenings in and a sofa bed that opens up the living room as real sleeping space for a 5th and 6th guest. An elevator serves the building.
