Welcome to Grace Bay Beach…one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Grandview is a private 18 unit building located directly on Grace Bay beach. This 4 bedroom corner penthouse unit has two master bedrooms with ocean views, one king bedroom and a bonus 4th bedroom with two twin beds. There are also three full bathrooms.
This 2400+ square foot residence consists of an open living and dining room; kitchen with granite countertops; and a private beach front corner balcony that overlooks Grace Bay beach and is directly next to the exclusive Grace Bay Club.
The Grandview has a pool and hot tub as well as beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you. There is an on-site fitness room and the residence is walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Concierge available to help plan your vacation.

Phenomenal

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Perfectly nestled to have privacy as well as having access to walking along the beach to multiple resorts, bars, restaurants, etc. The Ground or well-maintained. We were met as soon as we arrived. Stunning Sunrise and Sunset views. When you’re not you can sit on the balcony and take the view of the. Ocean

Perfection

It was a beautiful place in the perfect location. The concierge services was the best and made everything so easy. The owners were fabulous too and very responsive to all my inquiries before the trip. We plan on returning next year and would love to stay here again.

Great Place

Very comfortable home for 8 of us. We all had ample room. My only complaint is that 2 out of the 3 king beds (view rooms) were ROCK hard. Felt like sleeping on plywood. Extremely uncomfortable. All 4 of us were in pain. I got creative by lining up pillows to sleep on top of. Kinda ridiculous to have to do that. Would be nothing to put a topper on these beds. Please consider doing that for upcoming guests.

Even Better than the VRBO listing

Amazing view from the third floor. Nice outdoor deck. Well decorated condo unit. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable for our family of 7. Management was there to meet us when we arrived and answered all our questions and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Water was fantastic and stunningly aqua marine The beach was the softest sand ever seen. Beach wasn’t crowded at all and there were chairs and umbrellas put out out every day. The building Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Fitness center was nice. Had a garage full of water equipment including bikes which we took to the store often. Pelican Bay bar next door was a great food option with 1/2 price happy hour.

Amazing Senior Year Trip and Beautiful location!

The Condo at GrandView was perfect for our family of 6 (3 girls and 1 boy+ parents). We had spacious rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Condo was impeccably clean and decorated with a slider/deck overlooking the pool area and ocean. The turquoise water could be seen from the kitchen table. We were 3rd floor with spectacular views. Quick walk to Grace Bay beach. Chairs and umbrellas always available. Grace Bay beach was beautiful and our condo was shared with other 5 Star hotels/accommodations. Easy access to all watersports right from beach. Could walk to some restaurants, but we also took rental car. Gated/secure entrance and plenty of parking. Incredible vacation.

Perfect paradise home!

Beautiful place in paradise! The property was beautiful and well equipped. The owner was very quick to get back to me on all my questions! You could never get a better location! This was our third time to go to Turks and I will continue to go and stay here!

Perfect stay near Grace Bay Beach!

This condo with ocean views was the perfect place to stay near Grace Bay Beach with my family, which includes little ones. Safe, quiet, spacious, clean, and just a moments walk to the beautiful turquoise ocean water, beach, pool, and hot tub! We would definitely stay again!

Incredible location for ourThanksgiving stay!

We had a great time relaxing and cooking. The condo is right on the beach and has a pool and hot tub and we all slept great! It's spacious and well appointed!

Fun!

We had 8 ladies visiting Turks! All 65-70 and we had plenty of room. Beautiful view , pool and chairs set up with umbrellas on the beach each day. It’s a great place to stay as not too crowded . We enjoyed eating some lunch at grill next door at Grace bay club! Great restaurants at night ! Friendly people in Turks ! We had the best taxi service all week … with same person. For whatever we needed to do! Condo was well stocked with starter items. Great concierge service!! That helped us a lot!

Perfection in every way! Location and accommodations could not have been better! Owners were easy to work/schedule with and they totally arranged transportations for us. Just made things so less worrisome for us I have stayed here twice and hope I am able to say three times!! Highly recommend.

Great Property and Perfect Location

Great stay at a wonderful property. Easy check in and great communication. The unit easily accomodated our 7 adults and was wonderfully appointed. Amazing access to the beach and the bikes were a godsend. A member of our group broke a window and the management group was very helpful in assisting us in getting it repaired. We have stayed at multiple rental properties on the island and this was bar far our favorite. We would love to stay at the property again (If they will have us after the broken window!!)

Perfect Spot

This is the second time we have rented this property and will gladly do so again. Shauna is fantastic to work with and communication is outstanding. The property is just as described and the location is perfect. The Grandview is a smaller complex which is great. There were days we were the only people on the beach in front of the complex or in the pool. Can’t wait until our next visit.

Great location and beautiful property!

Perfect location on the island. We were able to enjoy beautiful Grace Bay beach without all the crowds of the resorts. The condo had everything we could need and more. It was great for our family of seven!

Excellent condo

This is a beautiful condo, very clean the manager was very responsive and the location is excellent on Grace Bay. I highly recommend this unit. Both Shanna and Karen are very responsive
