Overall decent place. Few ants crawling in the kitchen every morning so I think the place needs some spraying around the outside. Not a huge deal. Remote for TV in living room was unusable. Living room could also use some end tables or a coffee table to make it feel a bit more homey. Overall good property though. Proximity to stores was a bonus.

We had a wonderful stay in Omaha at this property. Highly recommended for longer trips or bigger parties. There was plenty of room, and everything was within 20 minutes of the property. Communication was efficient, and they were very helpful when our flight had to be changed and we needed an extra night added on! Cannot recommend enough!

The property was in a great location, and the check in process was quick and easy. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were disappointing. We found trash underneath the beds, mold on the underside of the coffee maker lid, and numerous stains on the downstairs carpet. We were also unable to use the washing machine due to visible mold. The garage was also poorly maintained, with trash, leaves, and general debris throughout the space.Additionally, the showerhead had significant hard water buildup, and the water pressure was less than ideal. There was also tape covering a transition between the wood flooring and the carpet in the living room, which appeared to be a temporary fix. While we appreciated the convenient location and easy check in, the cleanliness and maintenance issues took away from our overall experience. With more attention to cleaning, routine maintenance, and overall upkeep, this property has the potential to be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

There were some glitches during our stay however, the host responded promptly to resolve concerns. The house was clean, except for some carpeting downstairs that was stained. We appreciated that most everything we needed was available. It was a comfortable place to gather with our family.

Place is good. When we stripped the sheets this morning we found urine stains on almost every mattress cover. Also the bath in the hallway, toilet is running almost alll the time. Fireplace does not work.

Thank you for your feedback, Alfred. We’re glad to hear you found the place good overall and we truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us for 16 days. We would like to clarify that the marks found on the mattress protectors were not urine stains, but discoloration from a prior drink spill. All bedding and mattress covers are professionally laundered and sanitized between each stay. If this had been brought to our attention at any point during your 16-day stay, we would have immediately replaced them. Regarding the hallway bathroom toilet and the fireplace, we wish we had been informed earlier. We did arrange for support personnel to inspect the fireplace, but unfortunately we were unable to complete the check as access was not available at the time. We always encourage guests to notify us right away of any concerns so we can resolve them promptly and ensure a comfortable experience. Thank you again for your stay and for your feedback.

Stay went well. The listing stated it was much closer to our destination than it is which was disappointing. We also were told the neighbors were complaining about our noise when we were sleeping an making no noise at all. There are good restaurants in the area and Walmart is very close. Which is convenient
