This Victorian home was built in 1897. Located in the center of the Third Street Shopping District, guests can spend their free time visiting the many unique stores that line the street. Popular local restaurants, pubs, breweries, and cafes are outside your door, Downtown Marquette is just 6 blocks south.

Completely renovated, the second story apartment offers a big living room, formal dining room and a full kitchen. A front porch and enclosed sun porch are additional amenities. This beautiful space has ample room to sleep six.

Marquette is one of the premier biking destinations in the United States. The advent of Fat Tire biking has even made biking in winter possible ❄️
Your rental fee at Midtown Manor includes two bikes, locks and helmets for the duration of your stay. Additional bikes can be rented upon request. Just send a message if you’d like to use the bikes for your stay and we will set you up with the appropriate sizes and styles.

Loved the location. Close to restaurants, breweries, and the lakefront. Short driving distance to outdoor recreation areas. Beautiful, historical, home! Loved every minute of our visit

Nice place, very clean. Beautiful restored historic home. Stairs to get up to the apartment are a bit steep but good hand rails and everything is on the same level once you get up there. Dishes and cookware supplied worked well for us and the water out of the faucet was excellent to drink. Would stay again for sure.

Great location!!!! The home had such character. Updated while keeping the original details. Home was spotless on arrival and beds were very comfy. Host was responsive and accommodating. We traveled with a 3 year old and while I wouldn’t say it was built for small children I was surprised at how great this place was for our family. No safety concerns with the stairs as they were very easy to block off. The house is on a street with restaurants and breweries but was still very quiet at night for sleeping. Perfect location! Walking distance to a couple parks. I especially liked taking my toddler to the Ellwood A Mattson playground which has views of the harbor and ore dock.

We loved our location. It is truly in the center of restaurants, art galleries, breweries, and a doable walk to campus or downtown if you are feeling like exploring on foot.

The house was centrally located, with good parking in the back for overnight in the winter. Space was very nice and preserved- pictures don't do it justice!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for our activities (O2S)! Within walking distance to lots of dining and drink options. Tom was very helpful and took care of us in a timely manner.
