Mary and Ernest were wonderful hosts. The property was exactly as described.....clean, modern, convenient location with a great view. It was stocked with everything needed for a most enjoyable stay. We could not have been happier with the accommodations and very much look forward to returning.

This place was a dream. The view is breathtaking, the whole property is clean and well taken care of! You can tell the owner cares about the way the place looks! We spent most of our time out on the deck watching life happen below and the bird watching is awesome! We chose this spot for our honeymoon and it was better than we anticipated! The host was great and responded within minutes when we had questions!

This place is fantastic!! Super clean and comfortable . But it's the details - the finishes, ice, water, snacks.... just above and beyond. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower had different colored lablek so if you can't see that was a help!!Communication was great as t. Don't pass it up. It's a gem

The host was so helpful and responsive and this home was beautiful. This is one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in from all the amenities, the view and location and the ease and comfort of the whole experience!

This place is awesome! The home is extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. We loved our week long stay here! The location is perfect as it provides a beautiful view of Prescott from both the upstairs and downstairs balconies, and it’s close to downtown Prescott. In addition, it is an easy drive to Sedona and Jerome. Our host,Mary, was wonderful! Thank you, Mary, for helping to make this an exceptional vacation! The Bosworth Family

The property and host were amazing! Mary was very accommodating and quick to respond. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the views of downtown Prescott were beautiful.

Where to start? First off Mary was amazing and a great host! This property has breathtaking views from the balcony. The house is so comfortable from the beds to all the upscale amenities. There are little details like tea, coffee, waters sugar and real cream that made our stay more like home. The heated toilets and separate heaters for each room really helped us feel comfortable. The television was great quality with a snuggly couch. The decor was great. It is very close to downtown, but away from the crowds. We come to Prescott often and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Mary for everything!

My family had a wonderful stay in Prescott, and enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on the back deck. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. With the raised elevation there was a nice breeze too! It was well equipped to meet our needs and there were many small touches that made this property a winner. Our family had fun competing for the high score playing Space Invaders on the arcade machine . Communication with our host was great. When we are back in the area we intend to stay here again if our dates are available. The location was convenient to Whiskey Row as well as other areas. Don't hesitate to book this property!
