A block or two to the courthouse, dining, Whiskey Row, galleries, etc. Public street parking in front of the house. Renovated and spacious. High ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of light and beautiful furnishings. Lovely backyard and deck with grill. Short drive to hiking and biking. Adjacent house also available. We had a wonderful stay in Prescott. The location made everything easy, the home was spotless, and the layout gave us all the space we needed. It ended up being the perfect place for a relaxing couples weekend with friends

The cottage had everything we needed to prepare foods in the kitchen. A bonus is that the cottage is within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants. A cool coffee shop is right across the street!

The property was conveniently located within very easy walking distance to old downtown and also close to Grocery and drug store. The kitchen was stocked with all equipment needed. Back porch was a nice place to enjoy the outdoors. I would recommend and stay again if in the area. Coffee bar as well as a brewery across the street.

The home was all that was advertised and more! Quiet, clean, and spacious, it was within walking distance to downtown attractions and restaurants. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The rental rate was a bargain considering all the property had to offer. We plan to return to the area next year and will look to see if this property is available first!

We really enjoyed our stay here as a small family with children. The location was perfect, walking distance to downtown, which made exploring very convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, and the welcome book provided all the helpful information we needed for our stay. The house itself had a unique floor plan and was very comfortable. The beds and pillows were especially cozy, which made for a great night’s sleep. The only note is that the rooms get a bit bright, but overall, everything was wonderful.

We love this property and have stayed there before. It is spacious and spotless and very conveniently located to downtown Prescott and the lakes. We can walk to the restaurants and shops and also relax at the home which has a beautiful outdoor deck.The owners provide full information in advance and are available if you need to contact them during your stay. It’s our favorite easy summer getaway..

4th of July Weekend

The house was perfect for our stay. (4 women) The house had everything we needed and more. The location was ideal, walking distace to everything downtown. The host was very responsive prior to and upon our arrival. We will definitely stay again. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

Comfortable, well equipped house very close to courthouse square (3 Blocks). All modern appliances and spacious main bathroom. Will return.

Fantastic House!

This house was one of the better places I've rented in Prescott. Very clean, spacious, well appointed, and nicely decorated. An easy walk to the courthouse square, Grama's Bakery, and the Wild Iris Coffee House.Deborah is very friendly and communicative. I got my message too late, but the house was actually ready an hour and half early and we were welcome to enter the house.Only drawback is the member's only establishment across the street refusing to leave the marked "reserved" parking space open. We found a way around it by putting the dumpster in our spot with a note when we left....and it worked!Other than that, no issues with noise inside the house. Slept like a baby!This place is a diamond!

Great house!

This house was perfect for a group of friends visiting Prescott. Location was within walking distance to restaurants, downtown, shopping with a coffee place and tavern right across the street! Hiking, kayaking and biking are all close by. The house was clean with a private back deck. Hosts checked in and were great! We loved it!
