Perfect for 2 & great location!

Very well re-done little cottage. Great setup for 2 solo travelers to each have own bath & bedroom! I was actually working and tried this rather than the usual hotel stay. I will definitely check availability of this home before hotels going forward! Very good! M

Hidden gem

This property is located right off whiskey row seriously a 5 min walk ! Check in was a breeze and the house was clean and exactly as promised. Perfect for our annual girls trip to see the Christmas lighting !! Definitely will stay again .

Perfect house

This is the cutest house! It was so perfect for our stay. From the minute we walked in the door we felt comfortable. All the basics are provided. The house was clean, the beds comfy, the rental process easy. We walked for dinner and only used our car to drive to Prescott Valley for a concert. We are already planning our return stay.

Prescott Delight

This was our second time at this property and it’s still our favorite! Our only problem is that we are all seniors and tho we all use computers, smart phones, etc we had a heck of a time setting the thermostat (it was very cold this visit!) and using the various TV remotes. The rental manager came by to help but we still couldn’t get the heater setting to stay at a comfortable level. Perhaps step by step directions posted by thermostat and TV would help. Regardless, we love the house and will come back again.

So much charm!

The house is so charming and well maintained. The kitchen is modernized and stocked with everything a person could need. Back patio is a perfect place for morning coffee. However, my favorite part of the entire stay are the beds! The mattresses were amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location near museums and downtown activities. Nicely decorated and clean house with full kitchen and comfortable beds. This is our second visit and would definitely return.

Beautiful Prescott getaway

This location is amazing! The beds are comfy, it's so clean inside. Luxurious is the word we would describe it as. This place is so close to downtown, as well as a shopping center for groceries and a convenience store. We will definitely be booking this location again!

One week stay

My sister and I just wanted a week in cooler area after our hot summer in Tempe Az. Prescott had unusual warm days in the 90s, but it was cooler than what we came back to at 113 degrees. House was very clean; beds were very comfortable, and it had a lot more amenities than listed. There was a bit of construction on property that sat behind this house, but noise was not bad. W

Walkable to so much!

This is a lovely home in a quickly gentrifying neighborhood. There are still a few growing pains for the neighborhood, but the location made everything in downtown supper walkable. Our group loved being able to walk across the street to Founding Fathers for a coffee or adult beverage, and so many great restaurants a short walk away. The owner was wonderful and made this an easy stay. Highly recommend!

Clean and adorable house minutes from Whiskey Row

This house was more spacious and larger than expected. It had charming decor and the location can't be beat for downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row. No car needed. I would recommend this place!

Nice house, central location

The house was clean, comfortable, very roomy, well-decorated and exceptionally well kept up. It was just a joy to come back to after doing some touristy things. The owners were easy to reach and concerned that everything was as expected. The location was mixed residential and commercial. There was a place called “Founding Fathers” right across the street. It was a combination barber shop, coffee shop and brew pub. Very cool. I was a bit concerned about noise, but there was none. They closed early in the evening. Probably the best thing was the location — just two and a half blocks from the corner of Gurley and Montezuma — the corner of Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square. My favorite places, the Palace and Lone Spur Cafe were an easy walk. Going away from Gurley takes you to a nice trail along Granite Creek. If you want an exceptionally nice and roomy place that is centrally located in Prescott, you can’t do better.

Trail Race Weekend

This was our second time staying at this property. We love it! Deborah is a wonderful host. The location is amazing...steps from Founding Fathers Collective, and a few minutes walk from downtown. The property is very clean and had everything we needed. We can t wait to stay again!
