Historic charm and modern comfort. Perfect for guests who want to be close to all the action downtown. Across from the new Founding Fathers. A block or two to the courthouse, dining, Whiskey Row, galleries, etc. Public street parking in front of the house. Renovated and spacious. High ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of light and beautiful furnishings. Lovely backyard and deck with grill. Short drive to hiking and biking. Adjacent house also available. Beautiful old home with many different seating areas to relax. Close to shops but even with central location we still found it to be a quiet place to stay.

The feel of this property is just amazing, clean and updated. You can’t help but relax and enjoy your stay. Proximity to the downtown area is such a short walk. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay in Prescott. The location made everything easy, the home was spotless, and the layout gave us all the space we needed. It ended up being the perfect place for a relaxing couples weekend with friends

The cottage had everything we needed to prepare foods in the kitchen. A bonus is that the cottage is within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants. A cool coffee shop is right across the street!

The property was conveniently located within very easy walking distance to old downtown and also close to Grocery and drug store. The kitchen was stocked with all equipment needed. Back porch was a nice place to enjoy the outdoors. I would recommend and stay again if in the area. Coffee bar as well as a brewery across the street.

We love this property and have stayed there before. It is spacious and spotless and very conveniently located to downtown Prescott and the lakes. We can walk to the restaurants and shops and also relax at the home which has a beautiful outdoor deck.The owners provide full information in advance and are available if you need to contact them during your stay. It’s our favorite easy summer getaway..

The home was all that was advertised and more! Quiet, clean, and spacious, it was within walking distance to downtown attractions and restaurants. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The rental rate was a bargain considering all the property had to offer. We plan to return to the area next year and will look to see if this property is available first!
