This little Prescott getaway cabin is a gem! Karen was super responsive with our request for a somewhat early arrival and answers to all our questions. The cabin was appointed with everything one might need and the setting was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay in Prescott. Loved the cottage and Dave and Karen were excellent, responsive, kind, caring hosts. Our accommodations were just as listed and even better in person. The quaint cottage was welcoming and private. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. Highly recommend to others.

You were wonderful guests for Prescott Hideaway Cottage! Thank you for your sweet text message, "I wanted to let both of you know that we are very pleased with our place. It is very comfortable, and furnished with virtually everything a person could use. The place was very clean and plenty of storage places to put our belongings away." We enjoy hearing that. And Terry was over the moon with how spotless you left the Cottage. She wanted me to specifically thank you for all you did! I think she even gave you some of her fabulous zucchini bread! Thanks again and please come back! Karen, Dave and Terry

Cottage hidden in the woods, but close to everything! We spent two months here with our dog. The cottage is small, but it has everything you need: comfy beds, a well appointed kitchen with good pots and pans, good lighting (this is important to me - I detest dark kitchens and bathrooms!). There are three private outdoor areas, including a roomy covered lanai with a large grill and plenty of seating. I honestly cannot think of a single negative. Karen was a joy to work with, as were her cleaners, and Scruffy loved walking in the "woods". The Cottage is a true hidden gem.

This was our 4th stay at this property. We enjoy it that much. Over many years, my wife and I have stayed at well over 30 short term rental properties worldwide. Almost all are rated 5 star, but we've found there is still wide variability. Make no mistake, this property is truly 5 star (we'd rate it 6 if that were possible). At least two things set this property apart. First, it is the best equipped property in our experience, especially related to the kitchen. The knives are numerous and actually sharp! The dishes are plentiful and unblemished. The other standout is what we would call homey-ness. It's a very inviting environment.

We're so happy and grateful for your return stays at Prescott Hideaway Cottage! Glad you liked the new bathroom remodel and appreciate the cleanliness. We pay our housekeepers a living wage to retain them and insist on 3 to 4 hours, sometimes more. We actually lose money on cleaning but we think it's important! Glad you appreciate it! Thank you, Karen and Dave

The cottage was everything you could hope for. It has a very relaxing decor, well laid out floor plan, several outdoor sitting areas and all the little amenties that are often forgotten. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but just a short drive to get downtown. The hosts are very helpful with any needs or recommendations but not intrusive.
