Guests have access to the entire home and the private outdoor seating area, along with the fire pit.

House Rules:
- No smoking. This is a non-smoking/vaping property
- No parties or events
- Respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- No deliveries of any kind to the property
- Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.

Pets:
- Dogs are welcome, 40lbs and under.

Fire Pit Rules:
- Fires must never be left unattended.
- Extinguish the fire completely before leaving the area or going inside for the night.
(Water or sand must be used to ensure the fire is fully out)
- Only burn clean, dry firewood. Do not burn trash, plastics, or other materials.

How to Use the Roku TVs:
- Press the Power button on the remote to turn the TV on.
- Use the Home button (house icon) to return to the main Roku menu.
- Navigate using the arrow buttons.
- Select your desired streaming app (Netflix, Prime, Peacock, Roku TV, etc.) and press OK.
- Adjust volume with the Volume buttons on the side of the remote.

- All TVs are pre-connected to Wi-Fi.
- Log into your personal streaming accounts for a customized experience.

The house had everything we needed, and it was in the perfect location for our annual golf trip! The host checked in and made sure we were comfortable. Outstanding!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! Such a beautiful home, and it had everything we needed and more. It was conveniently located to various stores, as well as close to the freeway, and was very clean. Communication was excellent, and we can't wait to come back and stay again. I can't recommend enough!

Comfortable bed with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Many “extras” like the toiletries, candies, coffee, etc.

Great location. Close to beautiful park and easy to walk and play with dog. Close enough to our family to make it easy to get together. Good restaurants located near by and suggested by host. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful tea and coffee bar, well stocked. The bed, bedding and towels were great. Would stay here again.

This home is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It is very clean and well appointed throughout with all the amenities one needs and was spacious for our group of six. It has all kinds of sweet spaces indoors and out for hanging out, relaxing and visiting. The backyard is screened for privacy and has an amazing sitting area. Best of all are the hosts. Mark and Karla were welcoming and pampered us and made us feel at home. We would love to stay again next time we visit Albuquerque.

Everything was fantastic about this home! Very clean and welcoming. Checking in and out was very easy as the host gives you clear instructions. The host was fantastic and made our stay very comfortable from beginning to end! Quick and responsive if you need anything. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Our dog loved being able to enjoy the backyard space as much as we did! We look forward to our next visit

Very responsive host, great amenities for a family get together, lovely home in a good location. We wanted for nothing and any questions we had were promptly answered. Our host checked in on us after we had been there for a little while just to make sure all was well. I would definitely recommend this host and property for your next stay in the Albuquerque area!

The home is literally the best VRBO we've ever stayed in, and we loved our weekend here! It was the first time our family has gathered since my folks needed to sell their home of 35 and move into a retirement community, and the home made this potentially fraught experience special. The hosts made sure we felt welcome, and you could imagine my surprise when I opened the fridge and found it full of drinks and snacks for us. The kitchen was the best stocked one I've even had in a vacation rental. The beds were so comfy and we slept well, and the large living room/dining room/kitchen area made it so the kids and adults could all be doing different things and yet be together. We hope to be able to rent this house whenever we are in Albuquerque!

Being a host is one of the most fun Karla and I (Mark) have had in a long time. We absolutely love pleasing guest and making their stay super comfortable. We are always looking for new ways to bring thoughtful touches to deliver a memorable experience for our guests. Its a lot of fun! We are full time real estate developers, brokers and real estate investors. When we are not working we are either watching sports or playing with our two German Shepherds and our MinPin, and our lovable rescue.

We love the convenience of the neighborhood to the freeway, only 45 minutes to Santa Fe and on 25 minutes to Old Town in Albuquerque, plus Northeast is one of THE very best areas of Albuquerque. Tons of restaurants near abd of course the Balloon Fiesta Park is in walking distance. We also like having Wildflower Park so close to walk to.

Our super fine mattresses and linens really stand out. Guests always tell us how comfortable they are. We only use the finest linens, just like the Ritz! Outdoor living is nice too with the outdoor lounge. There is so much we offer
