Space for 2 cars to park up close to the gate, everything was clean and ready for us to settle in, comfy seating to relax in the living room, coffee in the cabinet so we could enjoy in the mornings, fluffy towels, we asked for and got extra pillows on our beds. Good air conditioning - we came on a very hot weekend in August to celebrate our husbands birthdays! We would definitely stay here again when visiting ABQ.

Nice, older, rustic, comfortable. Great for dogs, big back yard but no grass. Would use again.

Glad you enjoyed the stay. Regarding the lack of grass in the yard, you’ll find most houses in the area have opted to xeriscape their yards in an effort to conserve water. Given the desert climate the city does ask that we take steps to curb unnecessary water usage.

This cozy little house met all of our needs! The beds were supremely comfy along with the butter soft bed linens. We slept very well with the dark curtains. The kitchen we didn’t use for cooking, however we did find coffee, cream and sugar along with filtered water in the fridge. The bathrooms had plenty of necessities and over all we had a great stay and will seek this place again! Thanks!

The house was perfect for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The main suite bathroom was extremely nice - great soaker tub. The beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. The location was very convenient to get around town, The host was very responsive - nice booklet on things to see in the area along with restaurant suggestions. Would definitely stay here again,

Perfect place to be when in Albuquerque!

The accomodation was in a great location. The home was charming and as described and the hosts were supportive and communicative. Qould stay there again!

Perfect for a family visit

This was the perfect place for our family. I grew up in the neighborhood and it was easy to visit with family still there. I will definitley be booking this property again for allmy visits.

Great Stay

Great stay all around for UNM graduation weekend. House and garden were immaculate and well appointed. Neighborhood feels great and is walking distance to lots of coffee, restaurant and retail options. Perfect for our purposes.

Loved the outdoor sitting. Inside we had everything we needed. We appreciated the cold filtered water in the fridge when we arrived on that hot day.

4 generations girls trip

We all had a very nice time in this home. Home was clean and good location for where we needed to be. Beds were comfortable and we had a great time playing games every evening. Definitely would recommend.

Just like home

We have stayed here twice when visiting family. This is the neighborhood where i grew up so it is super convinent to family. The house is wonderful for the 3 of us and it is cozy and you feel welcome in the house.

This is our 3rd time staying here and its like coming home. The house is lovely and we always feel welcome.The only feedback i have is that the bed in the primary bedroom nedds to be tightened. It was squeaky and seens like screws need to be tightened on the bedframe. We found the sexond bedroom's frame and mattress much more comfortable this trip.

Nob Hill Hospitality Plus!!

We booked this property for 4 nights while we were in town for a funeral. The owners were so helpful and quick to respond. The house and outdoor spaces are adorable!! It was very clean and comfortable, and the owners have thoughtfully set up the home to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. It was conveniently located to lots of restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for an extended stay

My father was in hospice nearby & this home was perfect for 5 grown adults. Fully furnished with everything you’d need & then some. Tastefully decorated, grand dining for a sit down meal & a lovely outdoor space, which we used constantly. Lively, but quiet neighborhood & plenty of places to eat!! Attentive host & all around easy place to navigate. Would definitely stay again. Great for a short trip, but exceptional for an extended stay if need be.

Great place in ABQ

Great location in a nice neighborhood. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Everything about our experience was easy. Great communication with the owners and they were very responsive. I’d highly recommend this rental.

Birthday Road

We drove to Albuquerque to celebrate a birthday and this was a perfect place to stay. House is very centrally located. East acess to most places in the city. Charging my car was super easy!

Balloon Festival & family reunion

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was exactly as described. It even had comfortable beds, ample towels, bottled water in the fridge, fresh flowers on the table and plenty of outdoor seating. The hosts were very responsive to any of my correspondences. We had a fantastic time.

Girls weekend

4 girls in their 20s and 2 moms shared this house and we were very comfortable. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet. Location is great. We would definitely return.

Tennis player

Stayed with 2 more friends for Tennis League Sectionals. We had our own room, place is very nice and roomy. Location is close to restaurants, and supermarket and tennis venue. My friend is coming back with her family. Even better with discount if you are repeat, great incentive.

Love Nob Hill & ABQ

We stayed in this house a total of nine nights, and it was everything we could have hoped for - and more. The house included all the amenities that travelers might need, and was well-provisioned with amble bedding, towels, shampoo etc, laundry detergent, kitchen supplies including utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, plus spices for cooking. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. The yard is very nice, but it was pretty chilly while we were there (in January) so we didn't spend a lot of time out back. Nob Hill is a nice neighborhood in ABQ and we always felt safe walking, day or night. The house is within easy walking distance of businesses on Lomas Blvd, and Central Avenue with all its unique shops and restaurants is just minutes away. New Mexico is a beautiful state, and Albuquerque is perfectly situated for day trips to the Sandia Mountains to the east, Manzano Mountains to the south, Jemez to the north, and many other amazing places. We love the Land of Enchantment!
