Feel free to use these items as you head down to the beach. A shower and hose is located on the boardwalk to wash sand off items before you return them to the storage room.

This condo is located on the 4th floor; has 1420 sq ft and has a larger balcony than the 1158 sq ft c undo's in our building Our condo is wheelchair accessible. Enjoy the million dollar unobstructed view from your private balcony which is easily accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen window and guest bedroom overlook the Intracoastal Waterway sunrises.

The shower is large and has 2 shower heads; one hand held and the other a rain head.

2nd Bedroom features:
One queen bed and one trundle bed; sleeps up to 6. HDTV. You'll find a transport chair in the closet for your use inside or out in the community.

Entertainment:
3 flat screen HD TV's. TV in family room has surround sound and Netflix . Games and cards in break front. Bose speaker; wireless high speed internet access and cordless home phone with 2 handsets.
