Super easy check in process. Close to all the excitement of Pigeon Forge, but you can still enjoy the quietness of the mountain. The house needs some upkeep as you can tell there have been leaks in the ceiling, screens busted. But furniture, bathrooms, kitchen were all clean and comfortable. It's a great house for families especially with kids.

We enjoyed staying at this property, it was a great layout for out family. Over all it was clean to our liking. Great location to easily get to the action of pigeon forge. We would stay again.

Even though it stated 5 beds , there was actually bunk beds in the game room in which we didn’t use. Also the game room bathroom has a sauna that wasn’t mentioned. This home game with extras and I shall return. We even seen a bear two blocks over. A big plus!

The cabin was just as pictured. Loved the hot tub, pool table, and large jacuzzi. Very clean and had 3 nice balconies.

I love how comforting and welcoming it was, decprated for Christmas with everything we needed right there. Everything worked and my family had an amazing time. Would definitely rent again and not even go anywhere because we loved the cabin

We loved staying here! The cabin was very clean. The hot tub temperature was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 of us! The rental manager was amazing! She was very prompt in texting back and letting me know check in amd check out instructions. We will definitely be booking here again!

Great location, smooth check in. Absolutely no issues with check in. The stay was pleasant. We all slept like babies. The AC was pumping, which we were thankful, with us perimenapause women in the cabin...lol! If I wrote anymore, I honestly would be making up stuff. Looking for a great stay in Pigeon Forge this is the accomodations to choose. We'll be back next year for a nother girls trip and this is our 1st choice, make this property yours

Definitely need updating and a deep clean. The tub in the room had mold in it. When you look off the back porch all you see are thrown out beer cans. The property manager was very quick to reply and helpful. She was the saving grace of this experience.

Cozy cabin, great views, quiet neighborhood. close to everything we wanted and needed.We intentionally selected this unit because we were 5 adults traveling on vacation and wanted everyone to have at least a queen-size bed. The queen bed in the basement was sitting on a full-size box spring, and the mattress was "hollowed out" in the center, causing you to roll to the middle. Two adults were not able to sleep in this bed, so they had to sleep on twin beds. Hair dryers are not listed as an amenity, but each bathroom had one on the wall and one or two under the cabinet. :) Pack some kitchen essentials to bring with you, and you will be good to go: zip locks, trash bags, coffee filters, coffee, salt / pepper, etc.

First of all this is not the property we stayed in. We were in Bear Paw Cabin. Absolutely the worst stay we have ever had. I will be contacting the licensing board. This home is not safe. The smoke detectors were chirping the entire stay. It is not ADA compliant by any means. My elderly mother could barely get in and out of the home. The furniture literally sits so low to the floor only the young adults could sit on it. The bunks in the bunk room are literally on the floor. The master bathroom plumbing is backwards, resulting in that tub being out of commission. Even if the plumbing was correct the shower did not work. I contacted the rental company and they said no one ever complained before. I even sent them a video with proof it was not working properly. Not even an offer to send out maintenance. Dead insects and cobwebs all over the place. The hot tub was filthy. I understand this is in the woods and it’s somewhat expected with insects and webs but the cleanliness of the property was reprehensible. The dishwasher was not functioning properly either. I recommend reviewing the contract you have with Magnolia Vacation Rentals. I will be contacting the Sevierville authorities on the safety violations. I have photos and video of everything.

Definitely needs maintenance. Ceiling was leaking. Floor transistions were not nailed down. Fire place did not operate properly. No garbage bags, nothing in kitchen to use in oven. No ice trays for freezer

The house was not clean when we arrived, even though the Main service card stated it was clean. Hair in bathtubs. Dust everywhere when the ceiling fans turned on. Visible dirt on the carpet, vent hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.I contacted the seller and they sent over a cleaning service right away. The loft and upper bedroom was extremely warm. You had the put the air conditioner on 66 and freeze out the guest on the main and lower floor for the cabin’s upper floor to be “manageable” I again contacted the owner and received a response, “Heat rises”.I would not stay in this property again.
