Welcome to Seawind 408 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front condo is located on the 4th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. Follow us on FB "Gulf Shores By Owner."

The private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

The beach view is awesome! We’ve stayed at this complex before because the location is great. This condo could use a few updates. Over all our experience was wonderful.

This condo was beautiful, great view of the beach and well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal for my family. Jason responded very quickly and took care of all of our requests and/or repairs more quickly than anticipated. Would stay here again.

Long weekend with friends and family

Family vacation 2021

The condo was clean, stocked and great. The view of the ocean was beautiful, easy beach access, the best place for food is the Hangout. Definitely looking forward to our next trip

A great condo in a great location

Wonderful experience with this condo. The owner was very helpful and flexible and the condo was well stocked with most everything you might need. Good location and you can walk to many restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. Beach was beautiful.

Quick trip with older kids.

Great property. Clean and close to everything. Next door to Sea and Suds. Our favorite place for fried crab claws and Bushwackers. Elevators fast. Covered parking tight but plentiful. Also has uncovered parking in garage and in parking lot for larger vehicles. Owner very responsive. Great 5 days would definitely book again.

This is our little piece of paradise. We have been coming to Gulf Shores since 2001. There is no better place to spend time together and build some of the best memories.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We chose the Seawind because of the proximity to some of the local attractions such as the Hangout, Waterville, The Track, Zoo, etc. We spend a lot of time at the Hangout which is a very short walk. The other great feature is the Seawind has a great restaurant, 'Sea-n-Suds, right next door. There is also a beach service on the premises that offers jet ski's, pairasailing and a few other extras. There is also an outdoor/indoor pool and an exercise room.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I like that our unit is located on the 4th floor. You get the benefit of having a great view without being too far to hear the waves. The balcony is a nice size and will accommodate a large group.
