Welcome to our magnificent, private escape right in the heart of Phoenix! Located just around the corner from Moon Valley Country Club, and only 22 minutes from the popular shopping and dining destinations of Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, this beautiful property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, or just a relaxing getaway. In the one-of-a-kind backyard, enjoy the resort-like setting complete with a pool, spa, fire pit, and more. The home itself has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and thoughtful design touches throughout.
There is plenty of parking in the horseshoe drive and garage, but we ask that no one park in the street.
THIS HOME IS LOCATED IN A QUIET, RESIDENTIAL AREA AND BECAUSE IT IS A GOLF COURSE PROPERTY THERE ARE COMMON WALLS WITH NO BARRIER, NO LIVE MUSIC, LOUDSPEAKERS, AND NO LARGE GATHERINGS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME - DAY OR NIGHT.
This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the cities of Phoenix or Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
