This cozy pet friendly Carolina Beach home is conveniently located within a short 7-minute walk to zLake Park or a bike ride to the pickleball courts and skate park. The home features 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. It hans central AC and heat. The 2 bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper and soap. 706 Fourth Street puts you in the heart nof island fun. You can stroll to seasonal festivals and farmers' markets. At home, grab the bikes, beach chairs, and wagon for easy beach days, or unwind outside with a covered lounge space and play cornhole, Bacci Ball, or other games, or choose a book to read. There’s ample off-street parking for four vehicles or a boat, and you’re just minutes from Kure Beach and historic Fort Fisher, with Wilmington’s riverfront just across the bridge. This elevated home offers a relaxed, easy base for beach days and coastal adventures.

There is ample parking (2-4spots covered, depending on the size of vehicles). Boat Parking/trailer/camper (no hookups)

Awesome little house in quiet neighborhood. Very spacious and checked all the boxes for us. Nice little yard that was perfect for our dog. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. We will be back!

This was the perfect home for us and our two dogs! The backyard was the perfect space for them. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect house for our group of four! Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We loved having our morning coffee on the porch, and the backyard provided some much needed shade. Thank you for a great holiday weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all communications with the owner. She was responsive and helpful as needed.The cottage fits its description and pictures exactly. It had plenty of towels, and most importantly a well equipped kitchen. Some courtesy toiletries in the bathrooms was very nice to see, even if we had brought plenty.We love the spaciousness of the rooms.The location was perfect for a quiet street easily within walking distance of town.

Originally from New England, Deb grew up in a small suburb outside Boston, went to college in Farmington, Maine, and then headed to Southern California—where she met her husband at Camp Pendleton. Deb holds the beach close to her heart. After years on West Coast sands (especially Huntington Beach), a local friend told her Carolina Beach felt like the “OG days of HB,” so she came to see for herself—and he was 100% right. Now, while setting up and continually polishing 706Fourth@Carolina Beach, you’ll spot her cruising to the Boardwalk promenade, Lake Park, the farmers market, and down to Kure on a beach cruiser. She occasionally enjoys the 12-mile drive into Wilmington for supplies and fresh furnishings. Her goal is simple: make every guest’s stay easy, comfortable, and memorable—so you can fall in love with Carolina Beach just like she did.

The house feels cozy but smartly laid out so families can spread out, with private bedrooms and a second stairway under the house for easy in-and-out after sandy beach runs.
