Perfect place for our family of 5 to stay while visiting Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. Plenty of room for our adult children and my husband and I. The rental was very clean and in a safe quiet area. The host kind and accommodating to all of our needs. I would recommend staying here.

We had an excellent stay at this house. Clean and very comfortable for a family of 7 adults including one senior over 90. Conveniently located close to the Falls and Clifton hill by drive. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Niagara.

This is my 2nd time staying at his VBRO. It was as amazing as the first time.House is spotless, close to many restaurants and attractions and the host is amazing. Helpful, friendly and accommodating she was.The price is better than any hotel or motel and you get much more room and amenities.I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I would highly recommend this place while you are visiting the Falls

The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Like others have mentioned there were times other people were in the outdoor space, but we were not home often as we were busy sightseeing. The place was as pictured and very clean.

This house is beautiful. Very clean and house is close to many stores and restaurants.The host is amazing. Very helpful, responsive and kind.I am booked for another weekend in August. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who will be in or around Niagara Falls.

Loved the location! Close to Niagara Falls but far enough removed from the hubbub of the tourist attraction. Lots of nearby restaurants, drug store, etc. Plenty of space for our family of five to spread out after a long day of walking. Fenced in outdoor space was also lovely. Wish you could see the space from the window inside residence. Not a big deal but maybe a consideration if you are traveling with small children who are not that autonomous. Our stay was effortless. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you!!

Everything was immaculate. We had a wonderful time. Beds were comfy and the check in process was really easy.

Samantha was a wonderful guest. She left the unit clean, organized, and well cared for. Communication was smooth throughout her stay, and she was very respectful of the space. We would gladly host Samantha again anytime and highly recommend her to other hosts.

We were a family of 4: 2 sisters w our dad and one of our husbands (youngest traveler will be 60 in 10 days; oldest is 84). We enjoyed having plenty of bedrooms, spacious kitchen, living room with streaming channels to watch movies in the evening. Conveniently located to NF & plenty to see & do while in town.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The house was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was available. The location is convenient, especially if you plan to visit Niagara Falls. The host was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good option for a short stay with family or friends.

There wasn’t enough bedding, no top sheet. Extra blankets would be nice too. But very nice and clean place.

My family and I stayed at the property for 5 nights in July 2026. Edelizar was an excellent host and communicator. Initially, my party consisted of 8 adults, but 3 members had a change in travel plans and didn't make it with the rest of us. I'm glad because it afforded the 5 of us much more space at the house. I think 8 adults may have been a tight fit, workable, but a bit tight. Due to some break down in communication on my part, we couldn't access the gorgeous backyard to do some bar-b-que as the gate was locked. Also, we couldn't view the FIFA world cup games on the TV as we needed an hdmi cord to stream live from a laptop. Perhaps, Edlizar can provide same and leave for future guests' use. Great kitchen, toiletries provided for, and a cozy walk to the falls, if you're a walker! Nearby eating places and location seemed safe enough. Some solar nights by the driveway would be nice, as we got in close to midnight on our first night, and it was a bit on the dark side. My mom needed a wheelchair and Edelizar was able to provide same for her use. Much much appreciated and the rental fee was reasonable, If you want to visit the falls, but avoid the costly hotel fees in the Clifton hill/nearby Fallsview area, rent a car, and stay at Edelizar's. No falls view, but within close driving and walkable (about 20 mins walk).

The home was very clean and the size was fair for our group of 7. The kitchen could use some more pans and items for cooking. We were really not happy with one thing about our stay. The house advertises a backyard with a grill and space that guests can use. When part of our party arrived, they saw that the hosts were in the backyard doing work. They didn't tell us they were going to be there so we had to change our plans to barbecue and enjoy the backyard that evening. It was also awkward when we were in the kitchen and the hosts were walking around the yard right outside the windows. We paid close to 500/night and expected an experience that reflected that price.
