The property was lovely. It was clean and spacious. The scenery was awe inspiring. It was a perfect setting for our mountain getaway. We loved every minute of our time there!

The cabin was spacious and well-stocked, very clean. Its proximity to both the lake and trails for adventures and also the heart of Lake City make it an ideal rental. Host was super nice, helpful, and accommodating!

We had a group of 6 men and 4 boys(12-19yrs old). The location and amenities were great! It is a bit crowded with 10, but served our needs well. Don’t expect a new, posh rental here. This is a charming older cabin with a cozy feel. You get a nostalgic retreat steps from the lake and right on the Alpine Loop!

Great fire pit with plenty of wood. Good seating arrangement inside to accommodate our group of 5. We enjoyed using the provided kayaks on the lake! It was nice having 2 bathrooms. It was nice having a washer and dryer. For the price per night, it needed to be much cleaner on the inside.

Beautiful views

Great rustic with modern amenities cabin. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake. Great cabin for families. Enjoyed the firepit every night of our stay.

Excellent location

We had a great time! The location right across the lake was gorgeous! Our girls loved being able to walk across the street to the water. Easy access to town and Jeep rentals.

LOVED IT!

We had such a great time here! The owners were very helpful and gave us great suggestions for thing to do while in town! This house was everything we needed and more! Will definitely be back!

One of our best family vacations

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. There were no surprises when we arrived, everything was exactly as we expected it to be based on the photos and descriptions. This area of the country is absolutely beautiful and if you like the outdoors there is an abundance of things to explore.

Stunning lake

This was a great stay! The cabin is located right next to the gorgeous lake! The cabin was perfect for six of us and our kids loved the games and movies left in the house and especially the playground nearby! We loved being outside sitting by the fire! The town was in the perfect distance so overall, it was a great trip!

24 Lake city trip

Nice place goo location. Beds were good & nice kitchen. I would only change a little better lighting.

After nine years of hosting more than 400 guests this is a first: We get docked a star for *lighting.* 😲 During his stay we checked in with Andy almost daily, asking if he needed anything. He never once mentioned lighting, but he did respond (quote) “we just arrived it’s great” on day one and “thank you for the great stay” the morning he checked out. 😊

Loved this cabin! Long time Lake City visitor and probably my most favorite cabin to date. Excellent communication with host, all amenities as described, amazing fire pit, and great location on Lake San Cristobal. We will be back!
