Absolutely beautiful stay. Very up-to-date interior. He had goodies layed out and in the fridge. Ken as a host as well was awesome. He made sure to check in with us. Over all, a great place to stay for An anniversary!

We are so glad we had a chance to stay here. Very cute decor and cozy atmosphere . The little extras that were waiting for us (snacks, beverages and toiletries) made a nice little surprise. Would recommend to stay here to someone looking in this area. I would definitely stay here again. The hours of check in and out worked out great. Thank you for the easy stay.

Ken was really communicative and able to answer questions about the property and area. The place is nice sized, pet friendly, and nearby to everything that we wanted to do (Lake Leatherwood, Beaver Lake, Eureka Springs, shopping/eating, etc. 10/10 recommended and will definitely be back!

The outside is a bit skeptical but the inside is absolutely perfect. Very cozy and had everything we needed. The place was clean, bed is hard but comfortable. Ken was amazing to communicate with, he answered all my questions and even gave me recommendations along the way.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Berryville. Ken was great, and the property was perfect. It is evident that he put a lot of work into transforming the property into beautiful getaways. We will definitely return next time.
