Open concept main living floor with full kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine backsplash & custom cabinets—dining room with seating for 4 with additional seating at the granite countertop bar. The family room has a Sectional Sofa with a sleeper sofa. 47' LCD TV. Hi-Speed wireless Internet. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer, dryer for guest use, and a half bath.

The bedrooms are on the second floor—one Cal-King master bedroom with en-suite and a children's room with a full-over-full bunk bed. There is a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bedrooms have upgraded carpet, and the rest of the home has laminate hardwood floors. All bedrooms have 43-inch TVs. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

There are strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for your infant and toddler. The home has central air and heat. There is a BBQ grill with a patio set on the back patio. This community has several pools and a children's playground and is about a 5-minute walk to the Disneyland tram on Magic Way.

This house SLEEPS 6 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 7 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

Maximum cars is 1. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

Minimum Stay 3 Nights

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.

Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.

No local rentals where renter lives within 100 Miles of the Home.
