The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen size Murphy bed that doubles as a work/dining table. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on Jackson St and on Pleasant St
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Jackson St, Jefferson St, Pleasant St, and the west side of Water St, but not allowed on east side of Water St
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn`t enforced). Just call the city at 414-286-8300 on the day you`d like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge for unreturned keys

Non-refundable fees: refunds for cancellations are based on the listing`s cancellation policy and exclude processing fees of 3% of the total transaction cost.
