This place was great. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable and living area is spacious. We stayed two night and really enjoyed are stay. Will be back for three more weekends this year.

This property is recently renovated and well appointed. It checked all of the boxes for our group returning from an extended canoe trip. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any inquiries. We would happily recommend this rental to anyone looking for accommodations in Superior.

2612 banks in superior, wisconsin, is a great new house that was the perfect base for a visit to duluth and northeastern minnesota. it was spacious and comfortable for our party of three. we very much enjoyed it and would not hesitate to rebook if we ever make it back to the area. the host was super responsive in answering questions before and during our stay.

Really great place! Host was super communicative and we love that it’s dog friendly with the fully fenced in yard. Would recommend to anyone and will be staying again.

The property is new and welcoming. The garage is narrow, so be aware of that if you want to park inside. We couldn’t fit a Honda Pilot into it, but driveway parking was fine! The construction seems to have been done quickly, so some things are rougher around the edges than you might expect, however all of the appliances and important things worked exceptionally well! The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. The price was high for one night, though it is affordable when splitting between families. A pack n play was provided, which was great, though the bottom has liquid stains on it which was off putting. Location was convenient for running to CVS for diapers!

Absolutely stunning place - well designed and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pups. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful and accommodating. We hope to go back soon!

This is a beautiful duplex property. The home is beautiful with nice amenities. It is conveniently location within walking distance to Aces Restaurant and it is right behind a CVS, which was nice when we realized we needed something. The primary bedroom king bed was so comfortable, and the shower in the primary bath is fabulous. The two smaller bedrooms and second bath are located off the entry, which allowed for privacy for everyone. The backyard is fenced and there is a firepit with wood provided. The kitchen is well-appointed, and there is plenty of parking with the garage and driveway. Kenyon is a great host - friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We travel to Superior at least once a year and highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again whenever possible. Thank you Kenyon, for this lovely property and a memorable stay.

The place was perfect - all-new, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything (I can credibly attest to this because Superior is my hometown). The host was very easy to work with--flexible and always reachable. No problems checking in, out, or anywhere in between. Definitely planning to stay here again on future visits!

Host was very communicative and helpful. We had several inches of snow during our visit, so the garages were a great amenity for parking. They cleared all the snow prior to our departure, making it easy to load out.
