The grandkids loved the pool, very convenient. Just a beautiful place and the view is awesome. We were greeted by dolphins as soon a we got there out right in front of the house.

Beautiful home with the exception of a very dirty oven and the beach area was not as pictured, very over grown. There is an ant problem. We were unable to sit outside due to the ants attacking us. However when the air conditioning went out they did immediately called for a repair. Overall the house is beautiful just need to update the photos and deal with the ant problem.

This place was right on the beach and had a pool. What more could you ask for? The property owners were great and very responsive as well.

Gorgeous home a stone’s throw from the bay!

Such a gorgeous, clean house — and you simply cannot beat that location! Literally must be 10 feet away from the beach. Absolutely would stay again.

South Bay Beach House

The home was beautiful and nicely decorated. The elevator was wonderful for my elderly father. The rental company was very accommodating and helpful.

This house is perfect! It was spotless upon arrival and we had everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs. Sound machines are provided which was great as we usually buy a fan for white noise. Communication was prompt. Although we didn't use the elevator every day, it was very helpful to send luggage up. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful

Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy access to anywhere you want to go. Loved the elevator to carry the luggage up to bedrooms. Dolphins right outside each evening.

Stunning

This house and the island were exactly what we had wanted. The beach facing the bay was calm and beautiful and the bigger beaches are only a few minutes away. The house is gorgeous and well taken care of. The pool was the perfect size and very warm. We hope to stay here again someday.

Great stay!

This was a really great property! We had everything we needed and the elevator was a huge plus. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. The only suggestion I would have is it needs more towels and washcloths and an updated grill. My husband really enjoyed the kayaks in the garage and the rest of the family really enjoyed the balconies and short walk to the water.

Amazing

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. And it did not disappoint! I think this is probably the best location and house on the island. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is full of amenities, the views are amazing. We saw dolphins every day. If you want a beautiful home with a Great pool and view you must stay here.

We had a fantastic stay in this beach house, the property itself is outstanding, very well equipped, comfortable beds and furniture and a large selection of beach and pool equipment to use. The house was spotless when we arrived. The views are incredible and the location is perfect and we will never forget our amazing time here!

Great house in an amazing location

We recently rented this house for two weeks. We shared it with family and friends and it was spacious for our group. We spent time working and relaxing and the wi-fi speeds was great for both. The house is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of kitchen tools to allow for easy cooking of meals. The view from this property absolutely cannot be beat. We enjoyed watching the many sea birds and were able to see dolphins from the balconies a number of times. It’s easy to walk into town and yet the location felt quiet and peaceful. We would be happy to stay here again!

House stay

Overall house was very nice. Grill had missing parts and not usable. Disappointed in the house supplies. Toilet, paper, all soaps, dish towels and paper towels etc. Make sure you bring your own.

Very beautiful house in a convenient location

We were 6 60- 70 s something ladies. The house was three levels but there was an elevator. We did wish there was a half bath on the pool/beach level. We also could have used more towels but were told they figure 1 1/2 towels per person. How does that work??? Twin beds on the third floor were not comfortable. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay very much

Hi Jane, thank you for the feedback. Building code (FEMA) does not allow bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground level for newer construction. All of our linens and towels come from a service and they provide a certain amount which is based off occupancy. This house sleeps 8 people so you were provided with 12 bath towels and 8 beach towels. We will check out the twin beds upstairs and see what the owner says about replacing them. Beautiful model home

Lovely property. Would love to give it a five star but the little touches were not there. The home does not have a well equipped kitchen. No storage containers no tin foil. Only given two rolls of toilet paper one roll of paper towels and two tiny bars of soap. The home was immaculate and as described.

Beautiful vacation home

The property is as beautiful as described. Beautiful location on the bay. Some suggestions. The twin mattresses were very uncomfortable and twin blankets were miniature. The washing machine is full of mold. And there was only one packet of laundry detergent supplied. No extra toilet paper. The grill is outdated, small and insufficient. There were no spices in the house, not even salt and pepper. Only two garbage bags supplied for the week.

Five +++ stars!

Just arrived home yesterday. I am a 72-year-old widow and on my bucket list was to take my children on a trip with me. My sons found this amazing house and I booked it. The house is gorgeous. So clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. I have knee problems so a house with an elevator was a huge plus. Upon arriving we found the elevator and pool filter were not working. I called Sato Realty and within 30 minutes Wes, one of their team, came over. Because of the hurricane, the island was having power surges which can flip some of the power box breakers. Fixed and came back the next day to check out everything else. He was a very personable and knowledgeable man. Highly recommend. Thank you Sato Realty.

Family Vacation

We loved the house. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and a bike ride to most places. It says it had an elevator, but I don't think it was working. We didn't mess with it so I could be wrong, but all the doors to it were locked. The access to the beach was covered in bushes and ants. I tried cleaing out some sort of path, but there was too much to deal with. The red tide brought in a lot of dead fish and seaweed so we stayed away from the private beach and spent most time at the public beach by the cafe. The pool only allows sun until about noon, so the kids didn't get burned. If you are looking for all day sun try the other side of the island. We went canoeing and rode the bikes provided. Please make sure to get replacement plugs for the canoes. We could never find any and kept having to dump out the water that was collecting during our canoeing. We enjoyed our stay

To open the door the button needs to be pressed to release the door. Unfortunately the Red Tide has been a real environmental disaster for the ocean. We wish there would have been anything we could do... we regularly replace plugs in canoes and tyres in bikes but they seem to disappear at the same rate. Thank you for pointing it out to us. Owners- time for a refresh!

We met our family at the house listed above. We saw all the pictures and the house was as clean as it could be. The house is about ten years old, and so is everything in it. Mattress, bedding, pillows all need to be replaced. It's TIME. Couches have couch covers on them, we assume because they are so dirty underneath. We had to put towels on them to feel comfortable to sit on them. The house is listed for 8 people. However there aren't even seats in the family room to fit that many. We assume there were two additional chairs that must have gotten so bad and the owners just never replaced. The property managers were amazing through our entire trip. There are always little things here and there. We have rented several places across the country had friends at another SATO property that was incredible. We were embarrassed to have them come over. Kitchen is huge, but there weren't even a full set of 8 utensils and every single kitchen item were also 10 years ago. Just aged and old. We literally bought plastic utensils. Pros- VIEW and new coffee maker.
