The house was in the perfect location to get to the stadium and Broadway! The house has a ton of space and was very comfortable! The hot tub is HUGE!

Great home for a large group of people visiting Nashville. The place had fun artwork which mimicked the cities vibe and was very clean. Hot tub was huge and really impressive. The host was an exceptional communicator before and during the stay. Short & inexpensive Lyft/Uber to downtown. Highly recommended!

We stayed with our family of 12 over the 4th of July holiday and the property was everything we hoped for. Spacious, the rooms were sound proof and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this property. Host was also wonderful

We had a great time for a bachelor party. Their living room space with all the games was perfect. Great for golf trips, bachelor parties, weekends in Nashville. I would recommend this place to others! Close to broadway, cheap Ubers. Great experience.

We had a great stay at this unique Nashville property! It is truly set up well for a group, with great bedrooms, comfortable beds and linens, and plenty of space for everyone.One of our favorite features was the huge converted garage living space with the oversized cozy couch and fun games. It was the perfect gathering spot for our group. We also really enjoyed the private outdoor patio and hot tub/swim spa area—it felt comfortable, private, and secure.The property was very clean, and the location was convenient with just a short Uber ride to Broadway. It is in more of an industrial area, and none of the women in our group felt comfortable walking from the property to other areas, so we used Uber when going out.The only thing we felt could use an update was the towels, which were pretty worn and ready to be replaced.Most importantly, the owners were absolutely fantastic to communicate with—extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.We would absolutely stay here again! It was a great setup for our group and made for a fun Nashville weekend.

We traveled to Nashville for a concert and a fun weekend exploring the city, and this house was a great place to call home during our stay!From the very beginning, the check-in process and communication were fantastic! James was wonderful to work with—always friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. We did have a minor issue with one of the TVs not working, but James was right on top of it and worked quickly to get everything resolved. We really appreciated his attentiveness!The house itself has so much to offer! The surround sound system was amazing, especially since you have the luxury of not having neighbors right on top of you. The location is also fantastic—just a short trip to downtown Nashville! When we weren't out enjoying the city, we had plenty of fun taking advantage of the games and common areas. And of course, the swim spa/hot tub was a favorite, especially during a beautiful fall weekend!The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the overall cleanliness. While the house certainly didn't feel unsanitary, we did notice some heavier dust and dirt buildup on the walls, vents, and bathroom drains. The linens could also use a little refreshing. Nothing that ruined our stay by any means, but just a few details that could use some extra attention to make the experience truly five-star.Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and really enjoyed everything the property had to offer! With a little extra attention to those housekeeping

Great stay

First time in Nashville and this home was awesome, short drive to all the bars and away from others so we can play some Music, nice house and would recommend to anyone coming to Nashville

Perfect location!

Perfect location for 12 of us to enjoy Broadway and an NFL game. The house was a great place to hang out together.

Perfect place to stay for a trip to Nashville

The host is very accommodating and responsive which makes you feel very comfortable during your trip. This was a very cool place to stay and the outdoor patio was a blast to play games and hang out with friends. Close to downtown as well which was an extra plus!

Close to Broadway and Titan's stadium. Game room was awesome!!! Spent most of our time in there. Outdoor area is nice. We did not use the pool/spa, but looked nice as well. It was clean and owner was responsive to all of our questions. Very easy check-in. Will definitely stay again if in that area.
