This home exceeded our expectations. It's spacious and comfortable, set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, yet still just a short drive from all the energy of downtown Nashville. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and it was clear a lot of care went into the property. The host was also great to work with quick, clear communication from booking through checkout, which made the whole stay stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area, whether for a family trip, group getaway, or a Nashville weekend. We'd absolutely stay here again!

This house was so comfortable and so fun. It is very unique in the best ways. It had everything we wanted or needed. Drip and Keurig coffee makers, multiple fans, well stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook).Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Easy walk to 12 South businesses and easy Uber ride to downtown. We had a lovely stay.

We are five women (two sets of sisters and friends for 65 years!) in Nashville for a reunion. The house was perfect for us. Clean, comfy beds and great location. We were impressed with how well-equipped the kitchen was but mostly dined out. Still it was a great place to start and end our days.Jimmy was very easy to communicate with and generously let us leave our bags after checkout so we could spend our last hours shopping unencumbered. Definitely recommend this lovely house.

This house is perfectly located for large groups. It is very well equipped and stocked- rooms are quite comfortable. The yard is awesome- owner is a pleasure to deal with. My only issue was no soap or shampoos which isn’t a big deal - just know before you go so you have what you need. Also construction across the street is noisy at 7am but hey… it’s Nashville and there’s construction pretty much everywhere! All in all a terrific stay.

The host was an excellent communicator! You couldn’t find a better location with great parking. The house was spacious. It is great for a family because of the bathrooms. It would be hard for more than three couples for sharing bathrooms. The house is an old craftsman so the stairs can be treacherous, but if you have mobility issues, everything you need is on the main floor. The front porch is a great place to hang out on.

I’m from New Orleans, where hospitality isn’t something you plan—it’s something you live. You never need an excuse to throw a party, only people to share it with. This house was built to gather family, friends, and friends of friends, its doors opening again and again to laughter, music, and long conversations. Over the years, so many have crossed this threshold, and not a single soul ever left hungry or thirsty.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We love what 12 South has grown into, and It’s just minutes from downtown, but staying close is just as enjoyable. Whether you’re heading out for brunch, grabbing a morning coffee, or strolling the neighborhood, everything you need is right here. ☀️
