Beautiful villa. We had a wonderful time and plan on coming back. The only thing I would say could be improved is the best were very hard. But other than that it was great.

We had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and clean. Plenty of room and close to everything. Communication was excellent. The keypad on the front door went dead and maintenance was there within an hour. Will definitely be staying here again next year.

Every aspect of our vacation with this place was perfect. Extremely clean, contained all the essentials for cooking and grilling. Plenty of room for the five of us. The location description was spot on. Short walk to the beach and even shorter with a bike ride. The location is right next to the forest reserve which is great for strolling through as well. Not a thing I would change or recommend with this place. We had an excellent time. Highly recommend. Mark and Deb

Lovely Hilton Head Island Stay

Clean, beautifully appointed, and comfortable home for the perfect stay in Hilton Head Island. We had a fabulous time with close beach proximity and great restaurants nearby.

Great rental!

We had a great time staying here. The location is very close to the beach public access trails. It was a quiet area, and the condo itself was laid out nicely and was great for the five of us. I would certainly stay here again!

Nice place. Kitchen was well appointed and bathrooms were relatively recently updated.Grill was new and high quality Webber propane.Plenty of space for our family of four.

Great getaway

The spouse and I had a relaxing getaway here. It was only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and the unit was well stocked with supplies.

Short get away

The property was very clean. Location was great for getting to beach. Very private, quite and secluded just what we wanted for a quick getaway. Would rent again.

Great Vacation!

Loved the accommodations and everything was perfect. We will definitely stay again at this villa. The decor was so nice and the villa was very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio after our day at the beach. We did not want to leave !

Nice basic condo. Comfortable furniture. Could you some additional kitchen plates, dishes, etc. Good value for a stay at Sea Pines.

Stay at sea pines

The villa was well stocked, clean. Nice size. Would recommend. Only disappointment was thst it was not close enough to walk to the beach as it was stated.

Hi Phyllis, glad you enjoyed your stay. Regarding the walking distance to the beach, perhaps you missed the concrete walking path to the beach. My villa is a 5 minute walk down Lawton Drive to North Sea Pines Drive where you will find a marked crosswalk connected to the concrete path that leads directly to the beach. Once on the beach path, it's another 3 minute walk to the beach. I walk with my grandkids when staying at the villa. If you stay with us in the future, be sure to remind me to give you detailed directions so you can find the path. Best Regards

Beautiful Villa

We come to HHI this time every year and stay in sea pines area. Usually weather perfect this year a couple days of rain but ok allowing us to explore the island more. Only thing lacking with this villa is a view and a little further from beach but really enjoyed our stay!

Great for the price

This unit was great for the price. It was perfect for 4 of us. The only thing - and again - it was a great price, but the guest bathroom really needed updating. Especially the tile and tub. Otherwise it was large and very comfortable!
