Beautifully decorated ground level villa with open living areas, 70 Fairway is one of our exclusive Premier Properties. The rear lagoon view from the sunroom or patio will take your breath away! Beautifully decorated and yet comfy and welcoming. Just a short five minute walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches via Beach Access 45, puts you away from the crowds and on the sand in about ten minutes on foot. Full sized washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen are just some of the extra bonuses with this property.

As with all of our villas, two free bikes are included to explore the miles of Seapines bikes paths, many with low intensity lighting for riding safely at night. Harbour Town or the South Beach Village are just 1 1/2 miles away. Guided horseback rides go into the 600 acre forest preserve from Seapines Lawton riding stables--free petting zoo for all ages. The rear area bridge over the lagoon ends in a well maintained practice putting green. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code to you ahead of your arrival whenever possible, eliminating the need to stop and wait at security.

We had such an amazing family of 5 (all adults) trip! Even with just 2 bedrooms, we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy ourselves!

We had such a great time with our 2 young kids and small dog. The location is perfect and they have everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! We will definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our vacation here! The condo is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The family room and Carolina room are spacious and comfortable. The view from those rooms is breathtaking! We enjoyed many evening walks on the golf course path or biking to the Lawton Stables.

The villa was lovely! The only issues we had were: alligators behind the property that could potentially eat small dogs or children, toaster lever broken, dishes in cabinets were dirty because I think they were put away without checking if the dishwasher had run properly, and the sprinklers in the front heard turned on every night making it hard to walk out dig without getting sprayed.

Beautiful relaxing place with stellar view of the putting green (that you can use),nice walking trails, nice furniture and comfortable beds. Well decorated with an excellent kitchen. The view is amazing and very close to the beach. Two excellent bikes. Nice seating room and living room. Nice quiet area. Clean rooms and host responds quickly. Pet-friendly but keep your pet away from the alligator’s in the pond in the back. No pool on site but you can bike or drive to a pool. Fitness facilities about 4 miles away from your location. Fitness facilities is old but has all the equipment you need to do some workouts! Easy to go to the beach and run on the beach in the mornings. Sea pines club is close by (3/4 miles away). Nice walk.

The rental is exactly how described. Clean, good location, comfortable & fully stocked. We arrived on the island early and since no one was there prior, they let us check in early, which was nice.My only complaint of the property was the air-conditioning. In order for it to stay cool in the house you needed to keep all fans on the highest speed whipping. And even with that, it got very warm in the house during the day and evening . I understand it was unusually hot week. But it was hard to maintain the temperature and even at night when it cooled down, it was still warm.

The HVAC is on a service contract, and so we contacted them for a cleaning and inspection following this guest's feedback. All seems to be perfect now.

Great place to stay!! Loved everything about it. The view was so pretty and we loved eating breakfast in the Carolina room. Saw alligators almost every morning. Short distance to the beach which was not overpopulated. The bed in the master bedroom was sooooo comfy! Since we flew in we also appreciated the beach buggy, chairs, umbrellas and cooler. So nice! We visited Savannah and also Charleston SC. Both beautiful. We ate at Crabby Joes, Quarterdeck, Smokehouse, Hilton Head diner and several others… all were delicious!! If your first time at Hilton Head beware of all the bicyclists!! You have to be very alert while driving.. kids everywhere! But wonderful stay. Thanks again for sharing with us your little villa at Sea Pines!!

Amazing vacation! The location is fantastic with a 10 min walk to the beach. The house provides us with everything we needed and we loved the sun porch to sip our coffee in each morning, and hearing and watching the many birds. We were so grateful for this trip - we love South Carolina!

Beautiful Home in Sea Pines

We loved this well equipped home! It was comfortable and has a beautiful view out to a lagoon and golf course. It’s a short walk to the beach!

Nice Stay

The floorplan of this villa is very welcoming and comfortable. We loved the sunroom for watching the birds and gators in the lake as well as the putting green - it was nice to sit outside as well.

Incredibly Clean, Well Stocked and The View!

We have been coming to HHI and staying in Sea Pines for many years and this was the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable condo we have stayed in! The Host communicated very and everything was as advertised or better! We look forward to staying here again next year!

Very spacious and comfortable

We loved this property. The putting green steps away from the back door was a huge selling point and the inside was spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare meals and having the bonus sunroom made traveling with the kids very convenient. I feel the walk to the beach was a bit further than was conveyed in the listing, but still walkable and we really enjoyed our stay.

Impromptu Getaway

Wonderful stay loved the comfy bed, the location we biked to the preserve and beach, loved we could bring our dog.. Couches are not as comfy.

Another Excellent Stay at this Favorite Villa

We are becoming regulars at this wonderful villa in Fairway Villas. Love the walking distance to the beach, the putting green closeby and the Carolina room and its wonderful view. Bringing more family with us in the spring 2024, can't wait. Excellent property!
